ELLIE'S POV:

Ugh why can't I keep anyone in my life other dad she thinks there goes another friend all because I fucking did one thing she doesn't like!

I look over and see the sharpener. Surely only doing it once won't hurt anyone, no no I can't do that I'll be fine sure fake it to you make it that's what people say isn't it! I just wish I could be happy like everyone else she says before looking in the mirror. There goes another meal to I should workout again she says changing into bike short and a white hoodie before heading into the garage where their mini gym is. I shoudl be careful I don't want to wake Dad up she says while starting to workout

atleast this makes me happy I say out loud in whisper to herself in the mirror before finishing and going upstairs to the kitchen and lifting some gum and water. This will do but I need to make pancakes for dad so he thinks I've had something to eat she says starting to make pancakes. "morning princess" he calls over to me. "Morning Dad" I reply letting his warm hands wrap around me for a hug.

"I'm going to walk to school today I'm meeting Sophie at her house on the way" I call over to him as I stand on the bottom step. "sounds good sweetie I should hopefully be home in time for dinner do you need lunch money for school" he asks. Mt stomach twists "no I still have some left on my account from when you last topped it up". Because I haven't got anything other than a water or apple with it my brain finishes the sentence

"I need to go get ready for school" I add on "aren't you going to eat" I feel my cheecks getting warmer, "I already did dad don't worry" I say as I walk upstairs to my room and pick out some joggers and a blue long sleeve top that is slightly tight. I quickly check the time. "I'm going to be late I whisper to myself as I quickly pull on my uggs

perfect I look great in this I say taking out her phone and texting Sophie to tell her I'm on my way now. "Bye dad" i shout down as i lift my bag and head for the door "bye sweetie see you later, have a good day and don't forget your keys or to call me if something happens" "I love you I say as I start my walk to school"

TIM'S POV:

is something up with Ellie. No no maybe it's just she's growing up maybe this is what happens. How I wish Isabelle was still around to help me, she would know. But then would she she was so high on drugs all the time. I mean at least Ellie looked happy I think as I start to get ready for work. I should have told someone at the station no correction i should tell someone more like a female. Maybe Lucy she's really sweet but then Angela is my bestfriend. Or maybe I just keep it a secret once again. I should get going I think to myself as I get into my car.
