"Good Morning."

"Kafka's here!" "Come this way!"

A man who was called Kafka arrived at the Monster Sweeper Inc. where his co-workers greets him.

"This is Ichikawa-kun. He'll work with us part-time, starting today."

Nasahide introduced a silver haired boy to Kafka who's name was Ichikawa. It was visible that he is in his teen age, he was wearing a white blazer with his headphones hang at his neck.

"His dream is to join the Defense Force!"

Kafka's face was stunned at the boy's dream, they share the same dream. But as for the 32 years old man, he gave it all up since he was average.

"That was his dream too, you know?"
The curly hair man patted Kafka at the back while he was still fazed.

"He's already given up, and he's a veteran here!"

'This is the worst' Kafka mentally glum at the fact

"Toku-san, how's he supposed to react to that?"
Kafka only set his things in his locker

"Why?" Ichikawa said and that made froze Kafka on his feet

"Why did you give up?" The curious boy wondered why did he gave the dream of becoming a defense officer and has come to the conclusion on being a cleaner instead.

Kafka breathe heavly upon knowing the dreadful truth
"I tried my best, you know?"
"But there are so many talented people. I hit a wall to my potential. You'll understand when you're older-"

In the middle of Kafka's sentence Ichikawa cut him off

"I won't" Kafka's eyes widened at the boy's statement

"I'll never give up. I'll never understand until the day I die, not that I want to"

Kafka was again fazed and remembered a certain ginger head who he cared for deeply

Another day of service

Kafka was again assigned to clean the intenstine which was the most smelliest part of a kaiju

"This is my second day in a row!"
Kafka comically crued infront of his manager, the manager just ignored him

"Dammit, bring it on!"

Ichikawa's first day was traumatizing, he felt his stomach churn at disgust by what happened earlier. It made him disgusted to the point he isn't able to eat.

'He's suffering big time!' Kafka grinned at the poor boy who was clearly having a hard time but karma got him because his stomach too was disgusted at earlier. It almost resulted to hin puking. 'Same goes for me'

"Hey, is that all you brought to eat?" Kafka questioned the boy

"I don't think I can eat this." Ichikawa minimally said since he was holding in his sour stomach

The way the boy talk and gesture he constantly getting reminded of the ginger head girl.

"I don't this I can eat this, Oni-chan" the girl holding her vomit due to the man's poor cooking

"You know Ichikawa, you remind me of my little sister" Kafka only smiled and looked at the sky, Ichikawa questioned how and who?

"My little sister talks minimal and was nonchalant about life" Kafka smiled at the thought of his little sister

"She has a strong grasp at her dreams and would kill for it if needed" Ichikawa listened to the man's story

"Her will power and hardwork led her to finally achieving her goal" Kafka finally stop his blabbering mouth

"What's her goal?" Ichikawa was kinda invested to his story

"To be an idol" The boy frozed at the fact 'his sister is an idol?'

"and her stage name is TiKei, she's pretty popular-" Kafka's sentence was once again cutted off by Ichikawa's scream

"Your sister is THE TiKei?"
"Yes"
"WAHHHHHH"

A little thing about Ichikawa his celebrity crush is TiKei

"Oh yeah?" The crowed echoed while repeating her

"Oh yeah?" the crowed chanted another one

"Oh YEAH" The whole venue cheered

Thousands of fan screamed the lyrics with her.

A ginger with yellow highlights sang whole heartedly infront of thousands of her fans, she have a unmatchable voice and stage presence. She knows how to let everyone know that she was there.

Kalista Hibino commonly known as 'TiKei' is Kafka's sister with an enormous age difference with a 12 years age difference. They were very close since her brother was the one who raised her ever since she was a baby.
Their parents was killed in the hospital while she was a mircale baby survived a kaiju attack

"Kali!" Her manager called for her hurriedly, she frowned a bit since she was just done with her concert and a commotion has already occur

"Kali, Your brother was attacked by a kaiju"

Kalista's heart dropped at the news. She ran quickly and got inside her car, she drove a few minutes at the maximum speed limited at the road. Upon her way to hospital Kafka slowly opened his eyes, he first check his surroundings and his eyes now longers his leg that was unfourtunately crushed by the kaiju. He looked at his right it was the night sky, it was enchanting to look at.

He then looked at his right where he saw his sister grinning with a bloodlust aura. He scremed chaotically he then wrapped his fingers to his neck and strangles himself.

'I would rather die than get tortured again'

Earlier

Kalista ran as fast as she can to reach the room where her brother was confined. She opened the door and saw a ash blonde boy listening to music as if nothing matters to the world. With anger for her brother's selflessness boiling up inside her she unoticely slammed the door. Which also grabbed the attention of the silver head boy, the boy was shocked and flushed by the sudden apperance of his idol.

'holy shit, It's TiKei' he fan boyed inside but he still remained calm on the outside but a small blush on his cheeks was visible

Kalista walked to the far bed where she saw her brother still asleep. As much as she hated it seeing him like that, she still managed her anger and sat down next to her brother.

'oh brother, what am I going to do with you?' she massages her temple since his brother's condition was stressing her out. 'I'm only 20 yet I feel like a mother with a reckless child".
