Frazier's P.O.V.
It was the first day back to school after the summer, I made my way down into the kitchen where my Mom stood by herself.
"Thanks, Mom" Mom placed a plate in front of me when I sat at the dining table, there was a huge slice of banana bread topped with Greek yoghurt.
"You're welcome, Z. Did you sleep well?"
"I don't know, I woke up feeling sluggish but I'm better now"
"Call me if you don't feel well and I'll speak to Louise"
She finally sat next to me with a wrap in her plate, she prayed and we dug in together.
"Where are Dad and Fenton?"
"Well, your dad left really early and Fenton said he had to see someone before school"
"Who?"
"He said Ani, I'm not sure if it's a girl or boy but my mind says the former"
"Ani?"
"Do you know who it is?"
"I don't and I have no idea who Ani is"
"Do you perhaps have a hidden girlfriend somewhere that I don't know about?"
"No"
"Z"
"I don't" I chuckled slightly at her and she just huffed before turning back to her food.
We finished up eating and went ahead to clear the table before leaving for work and school respectively. My mother in her white and black outfit and me in my school uniform.
"I love you, Z. God bless you and keep you, have a good day" Mum spoke over me with a kiss on my forehead.
"Amen. I love you, Mum and see you in the afternoon" I let go of her before getting in my car to drive to school.
Five minutes later, I was pulling into the student parking lot of The Lexington. I grabbed my student ID and my blazer slinging my backpack onto my shoulder.
I strode into the school away from the parking lot, I made my way to the office to get my new timetable. I didn't have to make my way to homeroom because it was the first day back so I walked to the field instead to meet Easton and Reagan.
A small introduction, I'm Frazier Adams. I have two best friends, Easton Dupont and Reagan Reed and all three of us are juniors at the Lexington Academy. I'm the ex-president of the Sophomore class and I'm running for President of the Junior class, as for what I'm like and what my reputation is you'll find out.
People stopped me to say hi, lots of girls waved and I flashed them a polite smile before going on my way again. I made it to the field spotting Easton not so far away from me, I walked up to him and he smiled slightly.
"Hey, East"
"Hey, Frazier" We shook hands before falling into a conversation about how the summer went and Easton's trip to France. Reagan joined us later on.
"Nice of you to join us, Reed"
"This is why I love East, Fraz. He neither bothers nor teases me" Reagan stated with a teasing smile.
"It's nice to see you too, Reagan"
"Likewise" He smiled again.
East and I are the charming ones, Reagan is the mean one almost like we're the good cops and he's the bad cop. He can be nice though.
"Any plans this year?"
"Apart from getting those A's, no plans whatsoever"
"You're so lame, Fraz. No plans to find love? Nothing you want to do?"
