Armie sat in the glass room at the long oak table listening to his co-workers go on and on about a budget he didn't really care about at the moment. He reached into his pocket and pulled out his phone, holding it just beneath the table so as not to seem rude for checking his phone during the meeting. He tapped on the text messages and opened a new message.

Y/N felt her phone vibrate in her bag against her leg. She dug out her phone, holding it discreetly beneath the top of her desk. She smiled seeing Armie's name under new messages. She tapped a quick response and focused back on the teacher at the front of the room.

Armie>>

I'm bored.

Y/N<<

Aren't you at work?

Armie grinned while typing a response.

<<Armie

In a meeting actually.

>>Y/N

Lol and you told me not to text in class

He couldn't help the playful smirk that appeared on his lips.

<<Armie

Do as i say, not as I do

He tapped his finger on his phone for a second and then started typing again.

<<Armie

Do you like sushi?

>>Y/N

Who doesn't?

<<Armie

Good. Come by the office this evening with the paperwork for the job shadow. We'll go over it over dinner.

>>Y/N

Sounds good. I'll see you later.

Y/N slips her phone in her bag and looks at the clock. 11 am...it was gonna be a long day.

It was around 2 pm when Y/N walked into the lobby on the office floor. She looked at the reception and gave a sweet smile. "I have papers for Mr. Hammer."

"Michael or Armand?"

"Armie- uh- Armand."

"He's in his office, sweetie." She points as the phone rings on her desk.

Y/N walks to the office and pauses at the half open door, giving a light knock. Armie looked up from behind his desk, phone pressed to his left ear as he waved for her to enter. Quietly she walked in and sat in the wooden chair in front of his desk, sliding her backpack off.

She looked around the room at the certificates and diplomas on the walls, his name carved into the plaque on his desk, the books that lined his shelves.

When he hung up the phone the sound pulled her attention back to him. "Hey," He smiled at her.

"I know I'm early. I get out of school at noon because of all the credits I have already."

"Really? That's pretty cool. And no, you are not early. If you're not earlier, you're late. So you are right on time. I also missed lunch and I am starving."

Y/N gave a giggle. "There really isn't much paperwork. You only have to read and sign a few pages." She pulls the papers from her bag.

"Good, that means we can bullshit the rest of the time." He picks up his phone. "I'll order us some food. You're good with the sushi place down the block."
