It's been a couple of hours since we came back home after meeting sehar. And now there is a glimmer of hope in our hearts that we can get kaira back safely. And I can see my girlfriend being back to all cheerful and happy.
And I can do anything!!
LITERALLY ANYTHING FOR HER.
My phone buzzed as I glanced over the screen, instantly picking up the call.
"Sir, we have arranged 50+ security guards for tomorrow's event."
The man said as I hummed. "Good, now make sure each of you reach there tomorrow sharp at 6pm" "And don't forget to dress formal, and mostly importantly"
"Act normal."
I said and disconnected the line.
My eyes soon went over to the spare room which was Kathy's room as she shifted here. Though i shared the idea of sharing my room together but that just made her flustered and suggested she would be a disturbance to my sleep.
Well she is wrong, but i couldn't force her.
"Did she have dinner?" Jayce said while taking my attention and sitting next to me as he sippin on his green tea.
"Not yet!" I said and reclined my back.
"Aren't you tired ?"
He said as I shook my head as NO and closed my eyes.
"You've been sitting here for 3 hours staring at Kathy's room." "Go get some sleep.
"If she wakes up I will make sure that she has her dinner." Jayce said as I looked at me.
"Nooo, my brain can't fall asleep until and unless I don't see her in front of me having dinner peacefully. I can't-"
"Suit yourself."
"Well I'm heading to bed. Good night" I said as Jayce walked inside his room. I watched him entirely walking inside his room until he closed the door from behind.
He seemed to hide everything perfectly... I know for the fact that it's tough for Kathy but it's equally hard on Jayce too. Just the difference is he can't share his emotions.
I just hope everything falls into place sonner. I said to myself and closed my eyes trying to relax for a bit.

After an hour,
Trying to turn my head to the other side I felt a sudden ache on my neck due to discomfort. My eyes slowly open. I groaned softly before stretching my stiff limbs. Until I turned the other side...
