Holiday

After having a great and somewhat fun night with each other, Johnny dropped the girl at her house and took a promise from her that she would actually come with him to the dojo after school and the girl agreed on it although she found it pretty silly to take promise on that.

" Y/n! I am so excited to tell you something!!" Daniel laughed while they both were on their way to the school.

" So why don't you tell me? Why the suspense? I bet you will just kill yourself with all that excitement you are showing." She giggled.

" Oh, maybe you are right, but I can manage. Why don't you come with me after school?" He asked.

Shit.

" Uh- after school? Today?" She asked.

Daniel stopped.

" Yea, why?" He asked.

" I am sort of busy after school. I'll tell you tomorrow about it?" She said with an awkward smile on her face.

" Sounds you like you also have something to tell me, huh." He questioned.

" Something like that. But I'll go with you tomorrow. It's a holiday tomorrow so...."

" Okay. Yea, we can go tomorrow." He smiled and they both made their way towards the school.

Ali already took Daniel away to do God knows what. Y/n didn't mind it though. It was Ali's right.

She was lost in her thoughts while walking in the hallway when she bumped into someone. She abruptly looked towards the person.

" You seem lost." Johnny had a questioning look on his face.

" Yea...I mean no. Not at all." Y/n quickly answered.

" Don't tell me that you are thinking or making up a good excuse to not to come with me to the dojo." He sarcastically laughed.

" No, not at all. I am still coming. I was just thinking about something."

" Something. Something like what? A human or...." He laughed while they both walked side by side.

" No, just a thought."

" Okayyyy. So... Me and the cobras were thinking about hanging out tomorrow, in our free time. You wanna join?" He asked.

" Sorry Johnny. But I gotta go with Daniel somewhere."

Johnny stopped in his tracks, y/n noticed it and turned to face him.

" Out?" He asked.

" He just wanted to show me something. It was after school today but I had to go with you so I refused. But tomorrow I gotta go."

" If he wants to show something, he has Ali. Why you?" He asked, somewhat annoyed.

" I don't want to ruin his mood Johnny. He sounded excited about it and don't react too much about this." She scoffed.

He seemed to think about it.

" Yea, you are right. I got no right to react about it. I am so sorry." He sighed.

" It's ok. You have got the right of a friend Johnny." She laughed.

A friend's right. Yea sure. Best friends rights are way premium than A friends right.

" He got the premium shit." He laughed after saying that because he didn't want Y/n to be upset about what he said. He wanted her think it was just a light hearted statement.

" Oh yea. You are right." She slightly nudged him in his arm, to which the boy automatically smiled.

" I saw you two. Are you now dating or what?" Dutch laughed.

" No. Not yet. But it's all good, as long as I don't fuck it up." The blonde sarcastically laughed about the fucking up part.

" Some sense got into you. You are right, we hope you don't fuck it up. Because the first step to a relationship is a good friendship." Bobby nodded his head while he spoke.

" I wish you gave such advices to us." Tommy laughed as he threw a piece of paper playfully towards Bobby.

" I know you guys are here to stop me from doing something stupid. I believe in all of you." Johnny said and all the cobras shared a laugh.

There was a long pause, Johnny cleared his throat.

" Y/n is joining Cobra Kai."

Everyone stopped whatever they were doing and looked towards Johnny before laughing.

" We are in no mood of jokes, man." Jimmy laughed.

" Yea mate. What you saying?" Dutch laughed.

" She did karate few years ago. And sensei told me about her. So I thought why not ask her to join Cobra Kai?"

The cobras were shocked when Johnny mentioned about their sensei, so Johnny explained it all.

" I mean, she got the aggression. She can channel it. Pretty good for playing offensive." Tommy shrugged.

" Exactly!" Johnny nodded.

The cobras were literally chatting and sharing their opinions about y/n doing Karate. Never have they ever talked so much about a specific girl.

It was the end of the day, and y/n was packing her stuff.

" Ready to start your somewhat new life?" Johnny spoke from behind and the girl suddenly turn around to come face to face with the boy. She almost flinched, she didn't know why.

" Woah, you okay?" He asked, sounding concerned.

" Yea, just....you came suddenly. I got surprised." She laughed, as she started putting her hair into a nice messy bun.

The boy was observing her every move, and found himself getting lost.

She snapped her fingers in front of him to get him out of his trance.

" You okay?" She laughed.

" Yea, yea. I am okay. You sure that bun won't open midway?" He laughed.

" Oh no, it won't. I can do karate with it. It won't open. Now let's go." She quickly said as she grabbed his arm and led him to the parking lot.

She wanted to leave quick, because she didn't want Daniel to see them.

Johnny knew why she was acting so quick. He stopped right there and y/n turned around to look at him all confused.

" You don't want to go?" She nervously laughed but Johnny had a serious look on his face.

" I don't know. Do you?" He asked.

" What's the matter Johnny?"

" Same question. Either you tell him that you are joining cobra kai and go with me without hiding yourself or just don't go. Simple." He said, with a stern voice.

Y/n knew, Johnny was right.

" I want to go with you."

" Good. Just don't hide yourself. If he sees you, let him, you can tell him tomorrow. Now let's go." With that Johnny grabbed his helmet and gestured her to hop on the bike.
