❥ NOBODY'S POV

EVERYONE WAS NOW ON THEIR way to the first destination of the journey.

Marinette was lying on one of the beds in the small van. She was sweating because of the heat, not only her but Plagg and Tikki were also hot.

Marinette closes her eyes, trying somehow to sleep, but due to the heat this was impossible and it didn't improve the fact that her teeth were changing now.

She had called her mother telling her what had happened to her in the last few days and apologizing for not calling her in the last seven months.

Sabine Cheng being a good mother forgave her daughter for this but asked her to never do it again as she and her husband Tom were already getting worried. Especially now that Marinette was going through her new 'phase'.

Another thing that Marinette discovered that shocked her was the fact that her parents were being sued by the mayor's daughter Chloé Bourgeois. She was accusing them of selling spoiled sweets and she, together with Lila, managed to get justice into this case.

And now many of the customers are demanding their money back while some try to help the poor couple against the charges. This made the young guardian a little happy to know that there were still people who knew the truth.

However, because of this, his parents had to close the bakery for a while until the charges were dropped. As soon as Marinette said goodbye to her parents and hung up the phone she felt a huge urge to cry.

His life was going from better to worse. First; She had to leave her country because she was suffering from her classmates and teachers at her old school.

Second; she joined in on her cousins' damn plan to defeat the monkie kid. Third; she is almost kidnapped and forced to be the SPIDER QUEEN's daughter. Four; she is being adopted by the most feared family in all of Megapolis.

Fifth; she was deceived by the Monkey King who made her sworn brother have to deal alone with a very powerful demon. Sixth; this demon out of curiosity and your ex best friend from your past life. Seventh; Now she's on a journey that could cause her death and she doesn't even know where her cousins have gotten themselves.

And finally; Her parents were being unfairly accused by a former classmate of hers who doesn't even want to study anymore. It was no longer a surprise to Marinette that Lila wanted to ruin her life but this time she crossed the line.

Marinette sighed tiredly and the fact that she was hot didn't help at all. 'I feel like my life is turning into hell... Literally.' She thought as she squirmed on the bed.

She then gets up and gets down from the bed she was making. Tikki and Plagg looked at her but didn't move because they were too hot. The young guardian walks calmly to the front of the van. She looks at the panel that showed the temperature.

"Are you sure we're going in the right direction?" Sandy asks, drawing your attention, which was previously focused on the dashboard.

Sandy looks at the mirror, seeing everyone on the floor sweating from the heat. "Ugh... I have no ideas... All Monkey King said to do is go to the West then..." Tang responds before being interrupted by Mei who appeared out of nowhere pushing Marinette.

"HOW COULD SOMEONE GO ANYWHERE USING ONE OF THOSE?!" Mei asks while screaming at the fact that she doesn't understand anything. "I don't know but shouting won't help!" Marinette says.

That's when Monkey King says: "Hey blue thing, don't you want to give that air conditioning a boost, bro?" Monkey King was in meditation position as he glowed.
