Kunikida's head bolted up as a lighting struck was heard near by. It had been a long week of raining in Yokohama. This had been the third time that night that Kunikida had been woken up by the storm. He was about to get up but before he could Bram put this hand on Kunikida's head.
"Head back to sleep, you are in need of it." Bram requested as he pushed with his hand lightly Kunikida's head to lay on his collarbone. Kunikida slightly closed his eyes but before he could go to sleep again a loud thunder was heard.
Kunikida lifted his head off immediately but before he could lift himself up Bram wrapped his hands around him and pulled him down.
"Where are you going? It's too early still." Bram reminded.
"Sleeping..pills" Kunikida murmured tired of not being able to sleep and being sleepy during work hours.
"Why? So you are irritated at me and blame me for not waking you up in time?" Bram replied knowing what Kunikida would say after that.
"No I won't.. It is your fault either way" Kunikida said insistently. Bram let go of him and reached to turn on the lamp in the nightstand.
"Fine, although this is the last time I am not arguing with you in the morning." Bram argued as Kunikida got out of bed and headed to the kitchen.
As Kunikida came back, Bram had turned the lamp off and was laying on the bed. He felt a bit guilty for arguing back, but he really needed his sleeping pills to sleep even if he gave Bram trouble in the morning. Kunikida moved the blanket and laid down next to Bram.
"I won't get pissed off at you in the morning, I promise." Kunikida said quietly.
Kunikida waited for a reply but all he heard was the storm. He waited there in silence with the storm, until he had nearly fallen asleep. He didn't get a reply but a hug from his lover. It was comforting and warm. Bram pulling him closer under the sheets wishing he could keep him like that forever, safe from everything.
He fell asleep with no bother from the storm from the rest of the night knowing his person would understand and wasn't actually mad him.

Rushed a lot at the end I'm doing this at school and I wasn't sure what to put at the end but if I have a better ending I'll add to it.
