They returned to the shelter with the girl. Upon arriving, they quickly rested for about 20 minutes, having been stuck in that game for
nearly three hours. Now, it was almost noon, and they needed to upgrade their shelter, which had become messier from neglect over the
past hour. The girl remarked, "Your shelter looks cool and nice! I've never seen anyone find this type of shelter in the game," and she
giggled. James added, "Well, it does look nice and weird at the same time, so we need some decorations and materials."
Mark interjected with a long sigh, "Can you guys just do it tomorrow? I'm super tired after that horrible game, running and chasing after
the robot." Jessica suggested, "Maybe we could decorate it in the evening; it might be easier since we won't be able to run anymore at this
rate." James agreed, "At least we won't risk meeting gangsters or people sabotaging us at night."
They all sighed loudly. James felt guilty, realizing he had put too much pressure on them. "Fine, we can rest and start finding materials and
decorating at 4:00 pm," he conceded. Mark replied, "I knew I could count on you. I was about to leave because, James, you put too much
work on us. I'd rather be alone." He added with a giggle, "But you know you'll come back. You barely survive without us."
Mark continued, "You know we're all working hard to survive this game. Understand the situation." After a few hours, they woke up,
stretched their arms and legs, and felt refreshed from a good sleep. It was 3:30 pm, so they had time to prepare for decorating. But first,
they needed to find something to eat since they hadn't had breakfast or lunch after playing the game from morning till noon.
As they walked and talked, James suddenly realized something was missing. He asked his friends, "Have you seen the girl we met
yesterday? Do you know where she went? When I woke up, she had vanished. Did she tell you where she was going?" Jessica replied, "I
saw her heading to the accessories store." Mark added, "She told me she was going to buy something to eat and would be back soon."
James was confused by their different answers. "Are you sure? We woke up at the same time..." Mark clarified, "Maybe 20 minutes before
you woke up, she told me she was leaving for a few minutes. But when she didn't come back, I went back to sleep, thinking she might have
trouble finding the store." Jessica teased James, "Why are you so worried about her? It's not like anything serious happened."
James blushed and retorted, "SHUT UP! I'm just looking out for everyone, including her. Remember when you had a crush in middle
school on the football team captain, and you never made a move?" Jessica, visibly annoyed, replied, "Ew, gross! I was 12, and I didn't even
love him that much. Don't bring up the past."
James and Mark laughed so hard they fell to the ground. After a few more minutes of walking and talking, they finally reached their
destination, an accessories store that also sold food and drinks. James thought today was their lucky day as they filled their cart with needed
items. However, as they left the store, they felt like someone was watching them. James became increasingly suspicious about the sounds
they were hearing and asked his friends if they felt the same. Jessica and Mark, growing terrified, quickened their pace. Suddenly, three
figures emerged in front of them, resembling gangsters. James shouted, "Who are you? Could you just leave us alone, please? We come in
peace." The three figures ignored his plea and began attacking them. They fainted as they fell to the ground.
When they woke up, they found themselves in a very dusty place, tightly bound with strong ropes around their arms and legs. Suddenly, a
light flickered on, revealing the girl they had met earlier. Desperately, James pleaded, "Girl, could you please untie the ropes for us? I'm
begging you."
The girl laughed menacingly, "Untie you? Hahaha, of course not! Why would I? You fell into my trap, and you didn't even know I was
planning to kidnap you."
James, his face contorted with confusion and anger, spat out, "You betrayed us, you freak! Next time, I will make your life a living hell."
The girl chuckled and replied, "Oh, I'd like to see you try."
