2 ~ 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞

The first week passed kinda quickly and Ottilia got to know that Lily was invited to the party as well. It was Saturday afternoon and Ottilia sat with Marlene, Mary and Lily doing some homework together.

"I don't understand why we get so much homework, it's our first week," Marlene complained. Ottilia nodded in agreement, she was done with the homework and now she sat there with her nose in a book.

"You're done Ottilia, so you should help me, not just sitting there doing nothing," Marlene said.

"I'm reading," Ottilia replied not looking away from her book.

"You never study, why're you studying now?" Mary asked.

"I'm not studying, I'm reading. It's fiction," Ottilia explained.

"Nerd," Marlene mumbled.

"Bitch," Ottilia said under her breath. Lily looked up from her notes and joined the conversation.

"Girls, I'm trying to do my homework," Lily told them.

"Okay, see you later Lils," Ottilia stood up and walked over to the door. "I'll go find the boys, bye."

"See you later," Lily said.

Ottilia walked down the stairs and found the boys in the common room. They sat there doing homework as well.

"Hi," Ottilia said, she sat down with the boys. "Are you also doing homework?"

"What does it seem like?" James replied and Ottilia rolled her eyes.

"Everyone is boring today," Ottilia said. "Everyone is doing homework." Ottilia got her book and started reading again.

"And you sit there reading," Sirius said. "Reading is boring." Remus looked at Sirius and rolled his eyes and Ottilia looked up on Sirius with a death glare.

"Say that one more time and you'll regret it," Ottilia said. Sirius laughed.

"What are you gonna do, Lia?" Sirius asked. "It's not my fault reading is boring."

"You know what happened to Snivellus and this book here is kinda heavy," Ottilia said with a little smirk. "And maybe I'll just accidentally let the book drop on your head. Hospital wing for a week, that sounds fun, doesn't it?" The boys looked at her and didn't know if she meant it or not.

"You wouldn't dare," Sirius said.

"Wouldn't I?" Ottilia questioned, Ottilia thought wingardium leviosa and the book levitated from Ottilias hands. The book flew against Sirius.

"Okay, okay, stop it," Sirius said with a little worry in his voice. Ottilia dropped the book and it landed on the table.

"I'll go get ready for Slughorn's dinner party," Ottilia told them and she walked back to her dorm.

Ottilia took a shower and then she did a little makeup. She put on mascara on her long pretty lashes and some lipgloss. Then she picked out an outfit. She took a dark red crop top and a white skirt.

"You're so pretty," Ottilia heard a voice behind her who belonged to Lily. Ottilia turned around and saw Lily in an olive green summer dress.

"You too," Ottilia smiled. "Shall we go?" Lily nodded and they met Sirius in the common room dressed in black jeans and a t-shirt.

They arrived at Slughorn's party five minutes before seven. It was about twenty people in the office mostly five, six and seven years, but Ottilia spotted a fourth year Ravenclaw named Maya.

Ottilia saw how Sirius froze and she followed his gaze and saw Regulus. Regulus noticed how they stared at him and he looked down and walked away.

"I think I'll go back," Sirius mumbled as he looked down.
