Raya sighs, walking into Chad's house and catching his breath.
"Hey guys." Mrs. Dandfoth said.
"Hey," They both said.
"Why are you should outta breath?" She asked. Raya sighed, went to the refrigerator, and started drinking some water.
"We were having some fun and got carried away." Chad nodded.
She looked at them confused.
"Not like that," Chad said.
"Oh, thank god." Mrs. Dandforth sighed.
Raya finally found some water, which helped clear her head. Then it hit her – they hadn't picked out a dress. "Damn."
"What's wrong?"
"Are you okay?"
Raya fake smiled, trying to think of a lie.
"I'm fine. Baby, can I talk to you?"
He nodded.
"We forgot the dress. We were fooling around so much that we forgot the dress. What am I supposed to do? My party is in 2 days!"
"We'll figure out a way." Chad shrugged.
Raya sighed, pouting. "Seriously? We need to leave now."
"But we just got home." Chad groaned.
"I don't care. We're getting that dress."
Chad sighed, looking around. He didn't want her to go out and get upset when they couldn't find the right dress.
"Let's lie down for an hour and then we'll go out and look," Chad said.
"I do need a nap." Raya sighs, nodding.
"Good, let's go," Chad said with a smile. Raya nodded and walked upstairs. Chad's mom looked at her and gestured, signaling "Good job." Chad nodded and took her hand, leading her upstairs.
