Once The Doctor and Astra left the bridge she said. "Who even are you Doctor?"
The Doctor looked at her, smiled and said. "I'm The Doctor."
"That still doesn't explain who are you." Astra said.
"Does it matter who I am?" The Doctor asked.
"It does matter because I wanna know why you are doing this for people you don't even know." Astra said.
"I'm just a traveller and when I find someone who needs help I'll stop and help because it's the right thing to do." The Doctor said.
"And this Tardis of yours in your ship?" Astra asked.
The Doctor nodded his head. "Yes it is. It's my home." He said.
"Don't you have a planet you can call home?" Asta said.
The Doctor said back. "I did but I lost it not too long ago"
"I'm sorry." Astra said. The Doctor smiled back at her. "I have to ask. What is it about Armets that has you so interested?" She said.
The Doctor scratched the back of his head and said. "Honestly I don't know yet but there's something about the name that feels familiar but I don't understand why because I've never seen it before and that really intrigues me."
"And this feeling is making you think that they put the Daegon on here with us?" Astra said.
"Bingo." The Doctor said.
Sally and Larry were on there way to the escape pods and Larry was very quiet. Quiter than normal. "Are you alright?" Sally asked.
Larry looked at her and said. "It's just been a really long day." This is a phrase Larry used when a case started getting to him too much so, Sally knew exactly how he was feeling.
"Larry how long have we been partners for?" Sally asked.
"Longer than I can remember." Larry said.
"So, stop lying to me because I know you're not alright." Sally said.
Larry answered. "He just wouldn't listen to me and before I knew it he was getting ripped apart."
"It wasn't your fault like The Doctor said. How could you have known it was going to be on the other side?" Sally asked.
"I don't know but I should have tried harder to stop him." Larry said.
"What could you have done to stop him?" Sally asked. Larry didn't say anything back as he knew she was right. There was nothing he could have done to stop Casper from leaving. "I'm going to take your silence as a sign of you agreeing with me." She said.
Larry sniggered at her and said. "I really hate it when your right." But before she could say anything back they heard the Daegon's roar again and this time it was right on top of them. Sally and Larry instantly stop and didn't say a word. It wasn't long before they heard the Daegon footsteps heading their way.
The Doctor and Astra both walked into the main cargo hold. Astra took The Doctor straight to where all the containers were that came from Armets were being stored. There were four containers from them. They took two containers each and started searching through them. The Doctor container's were all full of food supplies like they were meant to be however, one of Astra containers had something a little different inside.
"Doctor. You might wanna come and look at this." Astra called out. He came rushing over to her to see a container that had no food in it what so ever. It was completely empty. It's only defining feature were the deep gashes that were all over the walls. The Doctor stepped inside the container and said.
"The Daegon must have been in here for a while but why didn't it break out earlier? It could have easily done that."
"Shouldn't you be asking how did it get out in the first place? The Cargo hold didn't get hit by the asteroid storm." Astra said.
The Doctor looked at her and said. "Yeah that is a better question. Maybe someone let it out before the asteroid storm but if that's the case it would also mean that someone knew the storm was coming in advance. Who would have that kind of power." The Doctor asked as he came and sat down on the edge of the container. "The answer to that question is endless. Lots of civilisations have the technology to time travel so..." Before The Doctor could finish what he was saying Larry got in contact.
"Doctor the Daegon has found us. We can't get to the escape pods." Larry said.
The Doctor shot up to his to his feet and said in a panic. "Are you two safe that's all that matters right now?"
"Yeah we're safe but, for how long I don't know." Larry said.
"Alright keep trying to get to the pods we don't have long before this whole ship get swallowed by a black whole. We're on our way." The Doctor said.
"We'll do our best." Larry answered.
"I'm sorry Larry but your best wont be enough. This whole universe is in our hands." The Doctor before he cut off the communication. "This mystery will have to wait until after we have gotten out of this alive." The Doctor said as he rushed pasted Astra.
Larry and Sally had been hiding within one of the crew quarters while the Daegon was walking though the hallways but it wasn't long before it started sniff the door that they were behind. But another alarm went off.
"Black whole implosion imminent." The Voice Of The Alarm said. Time was something that they didn't have much of anymore. They needed to shift the ship course now as it was a matter of minutes before the whole ship blew up.
