May The Stars Be With You

Chapter 1

"Ed, should we give up? People will think we are freaks. Plus, we have already waited for months. Nothing really happened." Ann was pretty tired of waiting already. The process was long and disappointing. It feels like you waited for a long time and received nothing. 

"Ann. I know you are disappointed. But we did so much research! We waited for so long! We can't just give up now!" Ed didn't want to give up. He wasn't satisfied with such a disappointing result. He is not ready to just... give up

"Fine! Just one more time ok?"

They lay on the soft meadow, it was too comfortable. Too comfortable that they almost fell asleep. 

After another while, Ed suddenly heard Ann scream "ED! ED! UFO! I SAW A UFO!" 

Ed immediately got up and set his eyes on the sky and saw the UFO. The UFO was extremely beautiful and looked pretty high-tech. Ed couldn't take his eyes off it. It was the most beautiful thing he had ever seen in his entire life.

But.... beautiful things never last long. It disappeared into the night sky as soon as they were able to examine it closely. Ed and Ann were a little disappointed when it disappeared, but it was already enough for them. They couldn't hide the joy in their heart.
