Each car pulled out and aped off in different directions and Pac-Man chose to chase the pink GC.
"Fuck! No(20×). NO! WHY ME!?" Gaege screams as he immediately hits the gas and speeds away from the ravenous Pac-Man. His heart pounded in his chest as he zigzagged through the streets, desperately trying to shake the yellow menace.
But Pac-Man is faster and quickly catches up to Gaege's GC. Pac-Man opens his mouth and bites off the back hatch of the GC, leaving a gaping hole. Gaege's eyes widen and screams as he keeps speeding up despite Pac-Man already caught his tail.
Pac-Man then takes another bite and gobbles up the entire rear section of the car, making Gaege literally driving on two wheels right now. His seat is the only thing separating him from Pac-Man, who is still in hot pursuit.
Gaege immediately rips his seatbelts off and opens the door before diving out onto the road, rolling across the asphalt. Land on his shoulder, his head and rolling off the ground. Gaege winced when a headache came in. Pac-Man ate the whole car before slowly and ominously turning to the man who still groaning on the road.
When Gaege saw that Pac-Man's attention was now on him, Gaege whimpered before shoving himself up to his feet and sprinting in the opposite direction, stumbling on his feet for a few times.
Grant, back at the White House with the German President and other officials that have been watching the entire ordeal, panicked and screamed into a mic. "Come on, Gaege! Pop up! You can do it!"
Eddie's heart sank as he heard Gaege's terrified screams and the sound of the chaos unfolding through his earpiece. He clenched his fists, feeling helpless as he listened to the commotion. "We need to do something!" Eddie exclaimed, his voice strained with urgency. Josh smirks as he hears screaming crackling from his earpiece and takes a sharp turn.
Pac-Man is about to eat Gaege, millimetres away in between that character and Gaege until Josh appears right beside Pac-Man and rammed into it, killing it. "Get fucked, broken ballsack!" Eddie pulled up next to Josh as Gaege fell back to the road with a smile as Pac-Man not chasing anymore.
Mully looks at the map a bit shocked. "How the hell did he get over there so fast?"
Gabby's eyes widened after everything she heard from the earpiece while looking at the TV and watching the live news with an aerial view of the city in Berlin. "What he has done?"
"Nice work, Josh," Eddie calls over after pulling his window down to physically talk to Josh.
"Glad you pulled me in the second place, huh, second place?" Josh taunted playfully. "One more to go, baby." As soon as Josh said that, Pac-Man respawned only a few feet away from the two and started moving. Both Josh and Eddie immediately hit their gas, chasing after the character and leaving Gaege behind.
"So..." Gaege said tiredly and limply took his earpiece off, "I guess they're leaving me here then..." he said with a chuckle.
"Time for this little trick," Josh mumbled under his breath and locked in his gears, but Pac-Man made an unsuspecting turn, sending him straight into the water.
"Oh hoo! Shit!!!" Eddie yelled as he turned to follow Pac-Man.
"It's all up to you, Eddie. There are three other power pellets still out there, so stay alert." Mully said in the intercom. Gabby now have her eyes locked to the TV screen.
"E-Eddie... please be careful?" Gabby asked, her voice breaking and started silently praying.
Eddie took some breath, feeling the pressure. Maybe feeling like getting out of there but then... "I got this, dawg. If I don't, the world ends. No es gran cosa." Eddie said, trying to lift the pressure. He almost thought that the earpiece might've been picking up the thundering sound every time his heart beat against his ribcage.
