Some time had passed since the Rajsuya Yagya. Divyanshi, who knew about the possible upcoming events, was afraid for Draupadi. She was in her room rehearsing what she could do to prevent the Chir-Haran.

"I swear to god!" She muttered and held her head.

"You look troubled." Arjun knocked at the door.

Divyanshi looked up and passed a smile to him, "You don't need permission."

Arjun walked to her and sat in a chair opposite her, "You didn't answer me, friend."

She sighed heavily, "It's just me and my mind. You can't leave us alone, you know." she whispered dramatically, "It's dangerous."

He chuckled but knew something was wrong. He glanced at her then looked down, "I won't force you but you can open up to me. I am like a brother to you."

She smiled at his offer and thought to herself, 'More like a brother-in-law.' She nodded and lied, "I am alright."

"There, you're lying again. Do the people in Kalyug lie often or is it just you?" He asked.

"You see, Kalyug people are...worse. I am pretty much decent, but not decent enough for this yug." She explained.

Before Arjun could speak, they heard a guard announce Vidhur entering the palace. "I think we should-"

"No, not now!" Divyanshi muttered, she knew Vidhur must have come with the invitation to the Game of Dices.

Arjun decided not to say anything and went downstairs to greet his uncle. Divyanshi sighed and prepared herself to face the fate. She walked downstairs, one hand holding on to the railing for support while the other wiped the sweat off the back of her neck.

"Ah, Divyanshi!" Vidhur smiled at her.

She faked a smile as she looked around at the other members of the house, Draupadi, Prati, and all the Pandav brothers. "Oh...Pranipat!" She hesitated.

Yudhisthir noticed it but chose to ignore it. He turned to Vidhur, "Why don't we have dinner? It's quite late already and I bet you're exhausted from the long journey." He took Vidhur to have dinner.

Divyanshi stood still, still under a state of fretfulness. Draupadi shook her, "You don't look fine and you better not lie to your friend." She caressed her arm, "Tell me what are you so concerned about?"

Divyanshi furrowed her eyebrows. She took a deep breath and gave her a fake smile, "I can't-" she sighed and looked at her with tears forming in her eyes, "I can't."
