"Zindagi mein khushi tere aanese hai, warna jeene mein gham har bahaane say hai,
Ye alag baat hai hum mile aaj h Dil tujhe jaanata ek zamaane se hai"

Zunaisha was very curious to explore the hospital, and she convinced Azka to join her. They roamed around, and when they went to the OT, they forgot to turn off the lights.

Their curiosity led them to the last floor, the mortuary. A sign clearly read, "Danger Not Allowed." Azka warned Zunaisha, but Zunaisha's curiosity got the better of her, and she pulled Azka inside.

As soon as they entered, an alarm started blaring. Dr. Khan, who was busy checking case files, got alert and immediately called ahad, instructing him to find out who dared to enter the mortuary without permission.

Azka and Zunaisha were literally shivering from the cold temperature inside the mortuary. Before they could move further, Azka pulled Zunaisha back.

"Stop being so stubborn, Zunaisha. We need to leave before someone sees us," Azka urged. They both ran towards the lift, hearts pounding.

Hospital board members arrived, and many people had come out of their rooms. The minister's son, seeraj, had gotten into an accident. They needed to operate on him immediately.

Dr. Khan was informed and rushed to the scene.
As Dr. Khan was changing into scrubs, Hadeed entered his cabin without knocking, catching him shirtless.

"Ahem!... The room's temperature is rising, just button up your shirt, man!" Hadeed commented.

"Shut up!" Zain glared at him and immediately moved towards the OT.

The tension was thick in the air as the surgeons prepared for the operation. Dr. Khan entered the OT, where Dr. Minahil and was ready to assist him during the surgery. Meanwhile, Dr. Chaube, the head of the hospital board, was tasked with arranging a professional OT technician. In his hurry, he couldn’t find any expert technicians.

Just then, he saw two girls running through the corridors – Azka and Zunaisha. Desperate, he convinced them to play the role of expert OT technicians. Not wanting to face Dr. Khan's wrath, they reluctantly agreed. They quickly changed into OT attire and were ushered into the operation theatre.

Ahad checked the CCTV and discovered it was two interns in the mortuary. As he was leaving, Hadeed noticed his worried expression. Sensing something was wrong, Hadeed decided to take matters into his own hands.

Meanwhile, in the operating theater, Dr. Khan began the surgery.

"Hand me the gauze," he said, extending his hand, his sharp gaze fixed on the ECG screen.

Azka, a new and nervous doctor, accidentally handed him the dilator suction instead. Her mind felt dizzy with anxiety.

He frowned in confusion and turned to look at her. Her gaze was fixed on the floor, her face obscured by a surgical mask.

"HAND ME THE GAUZE," he repeated, his stern voice sending chills down her spine. Her palms grew sweaty as she quickly replaced the dilator suction with the gauze.

Through the periphery of her vision, she saw Dr. Khan. His eyes, a piercing hazel green, were focused as he performed the sutures. Those eyes looked so familiar to her. She felt as if she had seen them before. Quickly, she averted her eyes, and the operation ended in 30 minutes.
