You sat in your room, picking out some clothes to wear today.
You felt the hotel shake, but you already knew what it was.

It was Sir Pentious, attempting to surprise Alastor.. again.

You let out a sigh. This was the 21st, I think, time he's tried. It never ended well.

You decided to wear a light faded pink dress down to your ankles. The dress was a half-hearted shape in the chest area with off shoulder sleeves, and you wore white flats.

You felt like dressing older looking.

You finished getting dressed and was about to head outside, but you noticed a tear in your dress at the bottom.
You sigh, annoyed.

How did you get this?

You opened your door and headed down.
Since you didn't have much to do today, you could stop by a tailor.

As you walked down, you saw a hole in the wall that was always getting pulled down.
You walked outside from it and saw Alastor heading somewhere.

"Where you going, Al?" You ask as you ran up to meet him.

"Just stopping by the tailor is all." He replied.

"Oh really? Can I come with you? I need to go too. My dress is ripped at the bottom and I have no idea how it happened." You explained.

"Wouldn't mind, my dear." He replied.

"Isn't that the woman you tried hire a year ago?"
Vox and Val looked through the screens of Val's living quarters seeing the hotel, Alastor, and you.
It was true. They did try to get you to work under one of them or all.
How did you end up at the hotel. They know something happened the last time when they tried.
"Just our luck. The woman we wanted to hire is at the princesa's hotel." Val groaned.
Vox stared at the screen angrily as some sparks of electricity started up in his hands.

And the two of you were off. When you got there, the tailor was definitely scared of Alastor.
He let you go first, so the dress wouldn't rip more and reveal.. parts.

As you waited for him, you noticed a bunch of t.v.s in a window outside from a shop across the street. On the t.v. was...

Vox?

Your face scrunched up in confusion, and you stepped out the door. You began to hear the things he was saying.

He was trying to humiliate Alastor.

Every line became more evident that he hated him.

You watch from afar until the door opens and Alastor walks out. You flinch a bit, looking at Alastor, then the tv's.

He noticed your gaze and noticed Vox's attempt. His grin grew, but his eyes furrowed.

Could he not frown?
Was he incapable of not smiling?

He grabbed my shoulder, and immediately, you were telaported right in front of the tv's!

"Wha- Al?" You stop and look at the t.v.

"Where's he been? Who gives a sh*t!" Vox yelled.

"Salutations!" You perked up hearing Alastors voice. You looked over to an old store, and a radio was being placed in front of the window... by Alastor's shadow?

"Good to be back on the air." Alastor said through the radio.

"Yes, I know it's been a while since someone with style treated hell to a broadcast, sinners rejoice."

You smiled.
"What a dated voice!" Vox exclaimed.
"Instead of a clout chasing mediocre podcast."

"C'mon!"

You held your hand over your mouth, stifling a laugh.

"Is Vox insecure for pursuing allure?" Alastor asked.
"Flitting between this gad and that, is nothing working?"

"Ignore his chirping!"

"Every day, he's got a new format."

"You're looking at the future! He's the sh*t that comes before that!!"

As the battle of Video vs. Radio climbed, and you knew that they had history. A lot of it. It was a lot of hatred, resentment of Vox's end. Alastor.. played it like a game. He wasn't serious about it. To him, the radio demon could never be okay with humiliation from a lesser being.

Vox's anger climbed so much that when he yelled out,"I'll destroy you!"

He caused all the lights in the city to dim and go out, causing a black out.

"Dang it, Vox." You growled, knowing the internet more than likely shut down.
You sighed and headed back to the hotel.

When you got there, you saw Sir Pentious?

"Wha?" You hum.

Charlie pushed him over and had him introduce himself.
"You're the one who attacked us what... six hours ago?" You ask.

He chuckled nervously

"I mean, I don't care. This place is about redemption. So... yeah, welcome." You smile, holding out your hand to shake.

He took it slowly.

Anyways..

Alastor then came in.
"We know you know, Alastor." Charlie said.
"Ah, you're the one who ruined my coat." He said.
"..I definitely remember you now." He said, darkly smiling.

You blushed. Wow. That was a new voice. It was kinda- NOPE!
You shook your head to avoid tour thoughts going elsewhere.
"Nope, nope, nope." You thought. Your thoughts weren't gonna form anything bad, but it did make you feel butterflies in your stomach.

You walk over to Husk's bar.
"Gonna order a real drink?" He asked, drunk.
"Since when do I do that?" You reply with a smile.

He rolled his eyes and began to make a shirly temple. Once he was done, you took a sip and sighed content.

"So we gonna let him without checking if he's got a weapon of some sort?" I ask Husk. He shrugged.
"I don't f**kin care." He sighed, leaning on the counter.
You sighed again,"Well... when in Rome, i guess."

(I have no idea if I used that phrase right)

Before you got up, you patted his ears and headed quickly. He shot up, and his ear tucked back.
"D**n it, kid!" He yelled.
You laughed before sitting on the couch.

You headed back to your room when a thought hit you. Your powers, the vine. Should you tell Charlie and the others?
