Chapter 11

Riku was asleep and the moon light shined in the corner of her room, a figure stood there watching her dream away. It finally stopped hiding in the corner and sat next to Riku's weak body, its dead hand brushed her hair from her face "I will protect you no matter what" her mother kissed her on a forehead and faded away in the shadows leaving a grey ashy mark on her bed.

Following morning Riku stretched out of bed and yawned, she looked down and saw ash next to her "oh no" she said to herself, she rushed out of bed and ran downstairs to get to the flutter land. She reached it and saw Wing knocked out, she ran to him calling his name "Wing? WING! get up" she rested his head on her lap while stroking his dark blue hair. He woke up and the only thing he saw was Riku in tears "Wing are you alright?" She said loudly, Wing's ear's was still ringing "ahhh not to loud" he said holding his ear "sorry what happened to you?" she asked in a worried tone, he put his hand on her cheek "your mother attacked me in this land, she knows where all the butterflies live" he coughed and tried to sit up and pain struck his ribs "no no don't move relax just for a bit" she kissed his forehead and her tear landed on his cheek "hey now don't cry I'm alright Riku I'm not dying" he giggled, Riku wasn't taking none of it and she kept crying "sorry I'm in fear seeing you like that I thought you died" she cried. Wing didn't feel any pain when she said that and sat up then hugged Riku as tight as he could "it's nice that you care about me" he whispered to her and she hugged him back and not letting go.

Li sat outside her cottage and Riku shouted over to him "I'm here sorry I was taking a stroll" she fell on a big stone and Li ran over to her "RIKU!" he shouted "are you alright?" He asked while picking her up on her feet "haha yeah I just tripped that's all" she laughed. Li looked at her "are you in your pajamas?" he asked Riku soon realised that she was in shorts and a small top "oh gosh" her eye's widened and she ran in her home to get dressed, Li laughed and closed the door behind him, he walked upstairs to Riku's room "what are you doing here?" she said while putting a new top on "well it's alright for me to be here I am your boyfriend after all" he said staring at her "oh haha okay" she laughed and turned red. She was fully dressed and went down stairs, "want anything to eat?" she asked Li sat down in the living room "no thank you I don't eat in the mornings" he said and  opened the curtains. Riku finished eating and snuggled into Li's chest "we should go out to places" he said Riku don't know any places but the forest that looked romantic for them "where?" She asked, Li kissed her head "the public park" he said and rested his arm on her hip "we should go now I don't have any plans" she said and pushed away the problems in the flutter land, Li nodded and both setted off to the park.

Wing went over to her cottage and knocked on her door, there was no answer after a few knocks so he went over to her living room window "she's out" he thought to himself, he walked all the way back in to the forest and  looked upset to not see her as much since she's with Li. He kicked the stone in the stream "WHY CAN'T YOU BE WITH ME?" he shouted to himself "cause she don't love you" a whisper came from behind the trees "who are you?" He said
"Her mother" the whisper echoed around him "why are you here Naomi?" He got very annoyed at Riku's mother from beating him up for nothing "hahaha I made this land so I basically own this place" she said and walked over to the other side of the stream, she wasn't in her dead form but a spirited human form "so you love my daughter correct?" She looked at him with a sneaky smile "maybe I do but it's not your concern your dead Naomi leave this place at once and go to the other world" he told her straight and she soon turned grey "poor Wing you can't get rid of me know one can not even Riku" she said and flapped her wings, Wing just stared at her with an evil stare "where are you of to?" He asked, Naomi just stared at him and her smile disappeared "I'm off to where I died" she cried and black liquid fall down her boney cheek.

Since she's transformed her body is weak and all boney but her powers are still strong and can destroy a human in second's, she eats butterflies mostly bird's and most of the time she rests in the farmland where she has died. Her heart is now pure cold and evil there was no room for love since her love of her life died with her she watched him burn alive.
