"Lives Too Short To Have Regrets" ~Son Goku
Izuku was beaten. He lay down on the beach, panting heavily as he lay there with various bruises all over his body, his eyes locked onto the early morning sky. Vegeta stood over the top of him, not a single scratch on his body as he stared down at his exhausted pupil, his permanent scowl threatening to only worsen before he let out an annoyed Tch, looking away to the side and at the rising sun. Izuku was forced to wake up early so he could get into a training session with him before he had to leave for his first day at this new hero school.
"Um, Geets, it's getting rather early! Izuku will end up being late for his first day at his new school" Goku stated, sitting cross-legged not too far away.
"I know that Kakarot!" Vegeta yelled back at him before grabbing Izuku by the scruff of his shirt, forcing him to stand on his feet. "Listen to me closely! I don't like the fact this school is going to be cutting down our training time! It pisses me off!"
"Y-Yes Master... I know that, But-" Izuku started before he was pushed back.
"However! I also understand that this ridiculous school is the whole reason you live. I won't stop you from going, in fact, it might even help push you to the next stage in your training"
"Next stage?"
"Geets, I think it's still a bit to early to introduce him to Super Saiyan! Let's let him get to his first day and we'll talk to him after!" Goku stated holding a hand up, a single finger pointed to the sky.
"Super Saiyan?" Izuku asked, his curiosity peaking.
"After you school brat. Now get going or you'll be late! I'll fly you home" Vegeta stated as he hovered in the sky.
"Thank you master" Izuku smiled and bowed, letting his aura burst around him before he floated into the air. "Seeya later Master Goku!"
"Seeya Izuku! Get a little stronger today and we'll have an all-out fight after!" Goku snickered.
"Yeah!" Izuku yelled before he burst into the air, flying away.
"Tch, don't get cocky Kakarot. You can feel it too, can't you?" Vegeta stated, his gaze never leaving the greenish trail Izuku left.
"Oh yeah! He's gonna grow much stronger than me and you. That fire he has, it's intense!"
"We can't let it burn out of control! If we do, he'll become a serious threat to Earth!" Vegeta snapped. "For now, it's contained but I dread to think of what will happen when it breaks".
With that, Vegeta said no more before he burst to life himself, flying through the air at subsonic speed, easily catching up to Izuku. He flew straight past him before slowing down in front of him, keeping pace with him. Izuku was watching him, his eyes glued to his master, and he had a small smile in front of him. If Izuku was honest with himself, he wasn't entirely sure if he could live up to Vegetas expectations but he would be damned if he wasn't going to try. Eventually, their flying made them end up at Izuku's front door, landing just outside it. Quickly, Izuku unlocked the door and rushed inside, straight past his mother who had just woken up.
"Sorry Mom! I'm gonna be late" Izuku quickly yelled rushing into the bathroom to shower.
"Huh? Oh" Inko started, yawning before looking at Vegeta, who was getting ready to fly away. "Vegeta! Wait, why don't you come in for breakfast? Izuku has taken a real liking to you"
"Huh?! Tch, fine" Vegeta scowled before he turned back to Inko, walking inside with his scowl on, not paying attention to the little woman next to him.
