two days. it's been two days since Clarien last visited him and joined him for work. Normally, Seikenzo wouldn't care but his guilt is eating him up. he had never been this worried, and Clarien surely can make him feel new things that very unknown for him.
he's worried sick, he had been thinking about Clarien every hours and yes, he knew, he fucked up. he was even overthinking that Clarien finally realized that their worlds are different from each other and decided to leave him-he hope not.
weeks with Clarien, actually it was almost a month and he wouldn't deny that he's actually enjoying Clarien's presence. aish, what's happening to him?
Seikenzo then heaved a sigh before picking up his phone, but he halted when he realized that he doesn't have Clarien's phone number. stupid.
He groaned in irritation and grabbed his jacket before going out of his house and walked. it's literally evening and he just got off from work yet he's on his way to Clarien's house to check on him.
Seikenzo is never an overthinker, he don't usually walk that far to check on someone. did he left me? was the question that keeps bugging him for the past days since Clarien hadn't showed up.
when he arrived in front of the house, he felt small. he felt so poor even standing in front of the big gate. he even almost got dizzy when he roamed his eyes around the house.
damn, it's such a great way to slap me with reality..
Seikenzo sighed, contemplating whether he should knock or not but of course, he did as his mind told him to do so. he waited like 2 minutes before the gate was opened by a maid.
"hello, good evening." he greeted, even bowed a little to show respect and smiled. "is Clarien there?" he asked the maid who seems going somewhere.
the maid looked at him, like she's scanning him and eventually smiled. "hello, yes, he's inside." she answered. "may I know your name?"
"Seikenzo." he replied and was shocked when the maid flinched and looked at him with wide eyes. "why?" he asked because the maid is acting weird.
"I'm sorry, I didn't quite expected you'd visit the master." she said before gesturing Seikenzo to enter. "master told us a lot about you." she shared while walking towards the main door who's literally so far from the fucking gate.
Seikenzo was taken aback, he looked at the maid in disbelief. "what? he shares stories about me?" he asked, still in dazed and confused.
why would he?
"yes, he talks a lot about you actually..." she said before opening the maid door once they arrived. of course, his jaw dropped after gazing at the house... what the fuck.
it looks more wide and big in the inside, even had a chandelier and a piano in the middle of the house... what the heck, are they royalty?!
he gasped, stepping back as he was quite ashamed by his clothes. "uh it's okay, I won't go inside, I just came here to check up on him.." shyness evident in his face, he even almost stuttered.
fuck it, it's so cold!
the maid then faced him and still gestured him to come in so he had no choice but to enter and hugged himself. his brows furrowed when he can't see maids around. huh, it feels so empty, it feels so suffocating even though it's wide and big...
"the other maids are in their vacation and actually, I am supposed to go home today to visit my child in the hospital but I can't leave the master alone in here.." she explained, handing him a cup of coffee which he gladly took and sipped on it. "master is sick.."
