The first recess of the day came quickly, and the students rose from their seats with relief, eager for a break. Lisa and her friends headed to the cafeteria in search of a snack after the first classes.

Before leaving the classroom, as they packed their things, Jungkook's lively laughter echoed behind them.

"Ready for recess?" Jungkook asked, with a playful smile as he adjusted his backpack.

Lisa pointed with a smile, although her mind was still on the encounter with the new students and the earlier chat with her friends.

"Definitely, I need a break after those classes," said Taehyung, yawning slightly as he stretched.

Lisa raised an eyebrow, "I thought you were good at History," she said, smiling.

Taehyung shrugged and winked at her. "My family is, not me," he replied, causing laughter among his friends.

Jennie, while picking up her books, met Jungkook's mischievous gaze. "I bet you're excited to go to the cafeteria to flirt with other students," she joked, giving him a knowing look.

Jungkook chuckled, nodding enthusiastically. "Oh, of course! I can't resist some good fries and a chance to make new friends," he replied with a mischievous smile.

As they walked down the hallway to the cafeteria, Taehyung, noticing Lisa's distraction, decided to give her a supportive gesture. He approached her from behind and hugged her gently, wrapping his arms around her.

"I need someone to hug, and that someone is you," Taehyung murmured, giving her a small kiss on the forehead.

Lisa, irritated at first, felt comforted by Taehyung's affectionate gesture. However, Jennie and Jungkook didn't seem as pleased with the scene.

"Hey! Stay away from her, it's forbidden to get close to my girlfriend!" Jennie exclaimed with amusement, furrowing her brow.

Jungkook nodded, but with a less severe smile. "Yeah, we're not supposed to mix friendship with... well, you know," he added, in a slightly annoyed tone.

Taehyung shrugged, still not letting go of Lisa. "I'm just showing a little affection. Don't worry so much," he said with a calm smile, causing Lisa's expression to change.

"Okay, okay," Jennie said, raising her hands in surrender. "Just make sure I don't catch you doing that again, okay, Tae?"

Jungkook nodded, but with a less severe smile. "Yeah, and only because it's the first day. We're watching you, Taehyung."

Taehyung chuckled softly, finally releasing Lisa. "Promised. Now, shall we head to the cafeteria before all those fries you want, Kook, run out?"

The group headed to the cafeteria, the atmosphere lighter and more relaxed. However, upon reaching the cafeteria, the atmosphere changed again.

The cafeteria was full of students chatting animatedly, and the buzz filled the space. Lisa, Jennie, Jungkook, and Taehyung headed to the line to buy their snacks.

Jennie frowned and sighed, "I remembered why I hate the cafeteria. If the school is so big, why does everyone have to come here?"

Jungkook laughed and gave her a light shove on the shoulder. "Because, dear Jennie, this is where the good food and the gossip are."

Jennie rolled her eyes, but couldn't help but smile. "Yeah, right. And also because everyone wants to see and be seen."

Lisa, still recovering from the interaction with Taehyung, looked around the crowded space. "Don't worry, Jennie. We just have to endure it for a while. After all, this is part of the first-day experience."
