The morning dazzled through the school windows as Jisoo and Jin arrived early to the classroom the next day. While they waited for the others to arrive, they began to chat.

"Do you have the notes from the last class?" Jin asked, trying to keep the conversation casual.

Jisoo nodded, taking her notebook out of her backpack. "Yes, here they are. I took notes on everything the teacher said," she replied, passing the notebook to Jin.

Before they could continue, Taehyung and Jennie entered the classroom, catching their attention. Jisoo and Jin exchanged brief looks before returning to their trivial conversations.

"Hey, Taehyung!" greeted Jisoo with a forced smile, trying not to show her nervousness.

Taehyung returned the greeting with an awkward smile, while Jennie sat in her seat without making eye contact with any of them.

"How are you, Jisoo?" Taehyung asked, trying to keep the conversation superficial.

Jisoo nodded with a forced smile. "I'm fine, thank you. And you?" she responded, wishing the conversation would end soon.

Taehyung nodded. "All good," he replied briefly, noticing the tension in the air.

Meanwhile, Jennie got up from her seat, announcing she was going to the bathroom. Jin, seizing the opportunity, decided to discreetly follow Jennie, without drawing attention from Taehyung or Jisoo.

After Jin left following Jennie to the bathroom, Jisoo decided to take the opportunity to talk to Taehyung. She approached Taehyung's seat timidly and looked at him with a nervous smile.

"Taehyung?" she called softly.

Taehyung turned to her, raising an eyebrow slightly in question.

Jisoo took a breath before speaking. "Hey, could I join the swimming practice today? I don't have much to do, and I thought it would be fun," she asked shyly.

Taehyung seemed to hesitate for a moment, but then nodded with a kind smile. "Yeah, sure. I don't see why not," he replied, trying to seem enthusiastic.

Relieved, Jisoo returned the smile. "Great! Thanks, Taehyung. And about the outing we mentioned... is it still on?" she asked curiously.

Taehyung nodded, but his expression seemed a bit weary. "Yeah, sure. I'm still interested," he replied, though his enthusiasm was a bit more subdued than usual.

At that moment, Lisa entered the classroom with Jungkook, who had his arm around her shoulder, as if he were embracing her. "Did you see what Jennie did?" Jungkook asked excitedly as they headed to their seats.

Lisa nodded with a smile. "Yes, it was amazing! That mural she painted in the hallway is simply awesome."

Taehyung, upon seeing Lisa, couldn't contain his joy. "Hey, Lali! How are you?" he greeted enthusiastically, with a wide smile on his face.

"Hi, Taehyung! I'm good, thanks," Lisa responded with an equally bright smile, returning the greeting.

Meanwhile, Jisoo, noticing the scene between Lisa and Taehyung, tried not to pay too much attention, feeling a slight pang of sadness at seeing the closeness between them. Instead, she focused on organizing her books and preparing for class.

Jungkook began to talk animatedly about the upcoming welcome party that would be held at the school. "Do you already have someone to go to the party with, Lali?" Jungkook asked eagerly.

Lisa briefly glanced at Taehyung, who seemed lost in thought, before turning to Jisoo with a puzzled expression. "Hmm... I think I'll go with Tae, right?" she finally said, noticing the change in Jisoo's expression as she made her decision.
