"Fasho, see you soon." He replied nodding as he slung his duffel back around his shoulder, getting ready to head towards the exit of the massive gymnasium.
"Aye, where we going to eat?" Jahmir questioned out of breath, finally catching up to him, with Tahj right behind him.
"We ca' stop by wing stop," Massiah suggested as they waited for Keondre by the exit of the door. He always took the longest to gather up his belongings.
"Coach Marcus sitting there with a smirk on his face like he didn't just work us to death," Jahmir complained, seeing that Keondre had finally begun making their way toward them.
"His ass think shit sweet." Tahj nodded in agreement, "Nigga walk faster! I need to put something in my stomach before I pass out." He continued with a frown.
"Bitch I'm out of breath." Keondre sent a slap to the back of Tahj's neck once he reached where the trio was resulting in him rubbing his neck with an unhappy expression written all over his face.
It was currently seven thirty in the evening and the group had just finished basketball practice. Safe to say, they were all equally exhausted.
"I miss my baby," Keondre said with a smile on his face as he typed away on his phone most likely sending his girlfriend a text
"Must be nice," Siah mumbled to himself, but Keondre still heard him causing him to look over at him as they walked to the parking lot.
"You gon' get there soon, Moosie, you're a good man, just let that woman find you." Ke lectured calling him by his childhood nickname.
"I ain't pressed fa' a relationship anyway, it causes too much stress," Moosie told the group, opening the passenger door of the Range Rover. The group had always ridden with Keondre every day after practice, it had become a routine for the men.
"Shit me though? I'm not ready to settle down. Women are too complicated. But if Taraji wanted me, I would be dropping everything for her." Jahmir spoke with a smile on his face, referring to Tahj's younger sister who he had been trying to have since they were kids.
