"Kaya ako humiwalay sa inyo kasi may gusto akong siguruhin bago tayo makarating sa bahay." He place his laptop in his thigh and do the fast typings as if that depend on his life.
"Looked..." He paused and fix his hair. "The kids is two years old." As he continue tapping the keyboard. "And he looks like me- us I mean. Looked brother." Saka binigay niya ang laptop kay Hiro and then he lay down as if this is a sofa in the house.
I heard Hiro gulped! No! I don't want to see it. Hindi ko alam kung ano itong nararamdaman ko. Kaba na may halong takot. Kinakabahan kasi magiging ama na ako pero nangibabaw ang takot ko na baka pakialaman ni Dad once malaman niya. Kawawa ang mga bata.
As we stumbled into the garage and make our way to the door. My attention caught at the back. Black Dodge Demon SRT with a Hennessy package installed.
When did I buy that? I never buy Americans car.
I walked over to the super car and the hood was popped open and there I saw my other cousin. He was leaning and tinkering with the mechanics of his car.
"Never would have thought you'd be an American muscle kind of." I saw him jumped a little and jolted. Thinking who am I talking to him now. He slowly tilting his head to look at me and when he saw me. He jumped off of me and hugged me tight.
"I'm going to die insan." He released the hugged and bump his fist to me.
"Fucking shit! Your here! Hindi ko napansin ah!" He said while beaming.
"Paano mo mapapansin? 'Yong music mo nakakabasag ng ear drum." Dali naman niya itong pinatay. "You must stay alert cous. Might the enemy attack you anytime." Humingi naman siya ng tawad and looked at my back. He saw Hiro and Von. Niyakap niya ito. And when his gazed goes to Demi with no emotion. I saw him with awe in his face and titling his head back at me with a questions using his eyes. I just shrugged!
"Who the fucking hell is this girl? Hi... I'm-" Demi cutted him off.
"Not interested." She said in a cold tone. Tumawa naman ang pinsan ko.
Jacquez Montague is his name. He is a jolly boy and younger than me. He loved helping his father's business. A mini mall mart‚ while his mother is with us in org.
He faced me and not minding what Demi said. "Go up. You have a visitors." He said while walking but before he could make another step‚ he stopped and face me and said. "And oh! They are little Ven and Von. So take a deep breath and go..." He motion his hands. "Meet them now. They are too cute. I want to pinched their little faces." Hindi paman ako nakapagsimulang maglakad ay nakita ko ng nag uunahang tumakbo si Hiro at Von. Nag uunahang makapasok sa pintuan. Napailing nalang ako. Umataki na naman ang pagiging childish ng dalawa.
Demi is walking behind me. With no uttering words.
I'm here... Here outside the main door. Taking a silent deep breath and exhale silently.
"Are you nervous or are you scared?" Demi asked while tilting her head to look at me.
"I don't know." Hindi ko naman talaga alam ang magiging reaksyon ko.
As I was about to hold the door knob. Von opened the door and there I saw the two little - me‚ playing with their car toys. They looked like me. Oh god!
"Come in Mr. Vennedect." Von said with teasingly smile. Masasapak ko talaga 'to.
"They are cute and i'm sure you are the father and... And not me." He whispered in my ears while covering his mouth and then chuckled after saying those words. Akmang babatukan ko siya ng pigilan niya ako. "Hopia money popcorn. From now on ayos-ayusin mo na iyang habbit mo may apat na matang nakatitig sa mga galaw mo at saka iyang pagiging mapagmura mo I suggest you need to changed that too." And then walked and sat at the sofa near the two little boys.
"Oh!" The other boy shocked. Nakatayo parin ako habang tinitingnan sila. Si Demi umalis na sa likuran ko. "Are you my daddy?" After saying those words the twin looked back at his brother at sinundan ang tining nito.
"Ommo...papa!!!!" He scream while running and his two little hands nakadipa pa. Sinalo ko naman siya at saka binuhat. As my skin contact to this little boy‚ nanindig balahibo ko. My heart pumped so fast. I don't know what I feel now. And I saw Von pushed the twin a little and motion to run and hug me too. And he did. I bet he's Introvert. Bata pa pero kilala ko na agad ang ugaling meron siya.
As I bend my knee and put the kid. I saw Manang and Danaiah coming from the kitchen with the food tray - for kids.
"Oh! Hijo‚ nandito na pala kayo." She said and glanced Danaiah and smile and then get the twins attentions. "Snacks kiddos." Nagsitakbuhan naman ang mga bata.
She's more than beautiful. She looks kind and healthy. Thank god and thank you for taking care of this little boys. Pero hindi ko parin maiwasan na makaramdam ng galit. Galit sa ginawa mong pag iwan sa akin at galit dahil sa hindi mo pinaalam na buntis ka pala. Sana nagabayan man lang kita.
After kumain ng mga bata. Nag presenta si Hiro and Von na syang mag ligpit sa mga pinagkainan. Hiro winked. Alam ko na kung ano ang balak nila and I let them. I want to know the thruth too.
Danaiah is seating at the floor mat together with the two kids. They are playing. Looking so happy. And the kids looks like they loved their mom. They always put a kissed on Danaiah's lips and face from time to time sometime in forehead.
How a sweet kids.
I don't know how long did I stare to Danaiah until someone behind me whisper. "If your stare are fire...the iron melt already." I saw Demi and shooked her head as she's exiting the sala's at pumasok sa kusina.
Danaiah‚ I and the two kids are left. I sat on the sofa and resting my back head while staring at the ceiling. I heard the two little boy chuckling and sometimes they are banging but in one sshhh of Danaiah‚ they are all back in silent and laughing again.
Good boy kiddos. Be good always. Don't be like your Lolo‚ or me. But I don't know what are the future waiting for you two.
