His Secret

        I followed him still holding hands. I saw Felix looking our way but I was getting pulled by Seungmin mostly to ignore any commotion. We walked to the gate and he turned nodding. I understood he meant to wait. I nodded back and he left. Meanwhile, I texted Felix that I was leaving. He was happy that Seungmin was the one who was dropping me. I told him to take care of himself and his partner too.
        Seungmin stopped the car in front of me opening the door from inside. With shyness and silence following me, I got inside the car. He was silent too. He started the car and I looked at him with amusement. He was meant to do something before that, wasn't he? I got comfortable and was waiting for his coat that he gave me earlier to make me feel more comfortable. But Kim Seungmin not making any move just started the car. We moved along my eyes still questioning him. He looked at me but didn't dare to ask any questions or say anything.
         I felt a bit uncomfortable asking him if he was not willing to give me his coat. I turned looking out the window. I was feeling hot as he kept the heater on. I turned to speak something, to fill the void of silence. I saw him wiping his sweat. If I'm feeling hot with this revealing dress he might be burning.
       Shouldn't he take off his coat or switch off the heater? I couldn't say a thing. Bothered by the hot man sitting in front of me. I again turned. He opened his collar button steadily loosening the tie. I could see him through the reflection on the window. He looks beautiful.
      "Uhmhm!" He cleared his throat. I turned to him with a question mark on my face.
       "You enjoyed the party?" He asked.
      Maybe he was in the same situation as me. Trying to fill this silence. But he couldn't feel what I was feeling as he wasn't sitting with his crush looking this hot. I wish how it might have been if Ahn had been here.
      "Did you enjoy the party?" He asked again looking at me and raising his eyebrows.
       "Ah, yes! I did!" I smiled nodding.
       "I was glad things didn't turn to worse. Imagine Hyunjin making it a mess!" He laughed.
       "Ah yes!" I laughed in response. "But Hyunjin don't fight always!" As if my loyalty toward Hyunjin wouldn't let me sit quietly, I spoke.
       "Yes yes! He fights when you expect the least!" He replied shaking his head.
       "Wanna eat out?" He asked.
       I surely wanted to say yes. But I can't bother him again roaming around dressed up like this.
       "I'm full!"
       "Okay!" He turned the steering wheel with his movements taking my heart out of my ribs. Perfectly handsome.
        "So I was saying..." Scratching his neck he said.
       "What?"
       "I don't know how to say it! But," he turned to me in between looking in front. "Yoona! This is a secret okay!" He said in a serious tone.
       "What it is?" I got excited.
       "You shouldn't speak about this to Hyunjin or Felix or anyone!" He said.
        This raised my peak interest. What was it? What is it he wanted to tell me? With no further delay, I nodded.
        "So, I want a favor!" He without looking at me this time spoke.
        "What is it?" My curiosity won't let me stay quiet.
        "Uhmh!" He cleared his throat again. "Can you lend me some money?" He asked politely not turning to me.
        

No One's POV

       For about half a minute Yoona kept staring at him blankly and then a burst of laughter followed.
       "Kim Seungmin! You? You want favor and it's about money!" She was laughing. Losing her brain as the one who never asked her to pay for food was asking her for money favor.
        "I think I heard it wrong can you say it again!" Trying to cover up her laughter she asked again.
       You never see a rich boy like Seungmin asking for money. Well, not every day! When Yoona belongs to a middle-class business family.
       "No! You heard it right!" With some embarrassment he replied. This time sweat dripped off his head.
       Yoona turned down the temperature.
       "You want help with money? Like really?" She asked reading that Seungmin wasn't in a joking mood. Not the entire day she had to fight against her instincts to say Seungmin hot.
       "Yes!" He nodded.
       "You should ask Hyunjin you know...!" It was when she realized he said to keep it from Hyunjin or Felix or anyone. She looked at him with confusion.
        "You can't ask him, right?" She asked.
        In reply, Seungmin nodded.
        "Woah! Ok! Is it something secret that we two know?" She asked.
       "Only two of us must know!" he said. "It's best if you don't! Really! Don't ask me why I asked how much I need or when I need it. I just want you to save up sum about 50,000 won each month!" He spoke fast.
        "What?" The dumb girl couldn't get through what he said.
        "I said to save about 50,000 won each month. I need a big amount of sum!" He replied this time looking directly into her eyes.
        She sighed. Resting her head over seat she closed her eyes. She started calculating in her mind.
       "Why don't you ask your parents? They will give you in one snap!" She replied still resting trying to figure out if she could manage.
        He smiled. Looking at her confused face. She woke up shaking her head.
        "For a month exactly how much you need?" She asked in worry.
        "It will be best if you can sum up 100 thousand in a month." He said with a little smile. The teasing one for sure.
        Yoona kept looking at him with confusion.
        "How many months does it have to?" She asked.
        "I'll tell you once I reach my desired amount. But promise me you won't tell Hyunjin or anyone!" He said it again.
        "Of course, I won't. You said once it's my command now!" She replied. "But,!" That came with a sweet tone. "Tell me, why do you need so much money for?" Pitching over his shoulder trying to act cute she asked. She had thousands of thoughts in her mind. She guessed something but was questioning herself if what she thought was true or not.
           "Ya! Yoona! Sit straight!" He with a strict face asked her to back off.
         With a puffed face she turned looking out of the window.
        "Look, it's better you not mention this in front of anyone to make me spill the tea!" He warned. It's the simplest trick Felix and She try out when they don't want to keep secrets from each other.
       Yoona nodded in response. Not turning to him.
       "What? Are you mad at me now?" He asked.
       The trip ended with them stopping in front of her house. She got off without saying a thing.
       "Yoona! Yoona-yah!" He got off in a hurry to catch her.
       "Yoona! Listen to me!" He finally reached her standing beside her.
       "Ok! I'm wrong! But what are you mad at?" He asked trying to get her hands in his.
        For a second she stood there quite, looking at him with amusement. He reacted as if it was a matter of life and death if he didn't talk to her. But then, she made herself come back to her senses. She started laughing getting back which made Seungmin question the situation.
        "Ah Really! What are you?" She was tearing up.
        "What?" Seeing her laughing a grin appeared on his face too.
        "I wasn't. I was just teasing you!" She replied.
        She walked closer, raising her hand making Seungmin notice every detail of what was she doing. His eyes followed her action. She ruffled his hair as if he was a puppy.
        "You look so cute confused!" She said in a teasing tone.
        Not restricting her actions he smiled.
        "I'm a puppy!" He replied.
        Not knowing what to say they two stood there quite. The stars in the sky were witnessing the two idiots in love. It was Yoona who backed off.
        "I should leave now!" Clearing her throat she started moving.
        "Yoona!" He called her. And she turned.
        "What?"
        "Ah! It's just study well!" He turned and ran to his car.
        Yoona laughed and went inside in a hurry. She didn't know what it was but her heart was racing. The two were standing there being quiet staring at each other.
         She hurriedly went to bed as being a social butterfly exhausted her. She freshens up turning her wedding dress to her relaxable shorts and loose hoodie. She threw herself over the bed taking out all the tiredness she was feeling. She fell asleep in no time.

       "Dear Diary! I felt as if I wasn't me today. I felt I was more angry than usual. This is happening a lot. Maybe I should visit my doctor. But then he will again say the same thing, "You aren't sleeping week Student Seungmin! You should sleep more!" I don't want to hear that again. I don't want to hear anything. I just want her to call me again and tell me she likes me. Why won't she say it? I'm waiting. It makes me crazy how I can't hold her when I want to. Get hold of yourself Kim Seungmin. But, I can't! It feels as if I could I might have turned the clocks fast to the time when she will confess to me. I want to tell her too but as you know, I can't. She won't accept me! She is among the ones who will sacrifice herself for a friend. If I go and tell her, "I love You! I love You Yoona. I don't know since when but I know I want to live for eternity?" Eternity? Is there a thing like that!?
        OK! I'll stop writing about the future but let me write what happened for a day. I tried my best to tell her about what I wanted. Our biggest secret. She will be mad once she finds what I'm asking for. I hope she won't work too hard for it. But, as she has been spending a lot of money on clothes she better sum up them to good use. I can buy her dress later, right?
        I tried to control my anger more than anything. Her outfit suits her for the best. She looked princess if I could I would have married her at a moment. I loved how she looked but I hated the attention she got. The boys who won't ever turn back to look at her were now judging her. Even a few tried on her. I hesitated to leave her side. I can't. I don't want any of them to try on her. But I couldn't succeed. I'm still curious what Gyumin said to her. She wasn't answering but he seemed to be in quite a good mood. I hope he stops loving her as I can't allow her to be of anyone.
        But, in the end, today was beautiful. My love was beautiful. I wished for the day of the wedding. I wished it could be two of us on stage. I bow to her without any hesitation. I am scared she will leave once she finds I love her. I need to be cautious. But I need to let her know, she can love me.
       I'll wait for the day when everything written here turns into reality. I'll wait for the day that I can express my feelings to her...."
       
        The phone ranged breaking Seungmin's lovely dreams. He kept the pen aside and covered his diary to attend the call.
       "Calling me to pick you up! Don't you dare to ask for that!" Said Seungmin seeing the caller ID of a person.
       "Woah woah woah! So lude Kim Seunghmin!" The person on call answered.
       "You are wasted, aren't you?" With a sigh Seungmin questioned.
       "Ya! I told you I'll call!" Another person screamed with a demon voice making Hyunjin blabber something that couldn't be understood.
       "Ah, Seungmin-ah! We were gathering at Chan's studio. He invited you too! Well, " he paused.
      "You know what time is it?" Seungmin asked.
      "I know but we all are awake see!" Felix said with tones of confidence knowing Seungmin wasn't sleeping.
      "You!" Seungmin threw a fake laughter. "Wait! I'll be there!"
      "Seungmin-ah!" As he was about to cut the call Felix called his name.
      "What?"
      "Chan Hyung said Yoona needs to come too!" He said with hesitation.
      "You want me to pick her?" He asked.
      "Ah, well if it doesn't bother you!"
      "Of course, it won't. But did you tell her earlier?" Seungmin asked.
      "Oh, no! I need to ask you first if you are picking her up or not!"
       "Ah! Ok! I'll call her. Don't worry. I'll be there in half an hour!"
