I'm your Guardian

I sit staring at my kids as they play in snow . My jacket flows around me as I stand with my hands in my pockets. I wonder what has become of me, I shake my head pulling my hair into a ponytail then I hear more laughter and look up not talking at all. That's when I spotted him and his girlfriend. My heart twisted in sorrow wishing I was with my first ex. Then I shook my head, pulled my hoodie up and my hat down more over my eyes. I hear him and his girlfriend but I don't speak.

"Hey Sav.! What's up?"

I move away and spring up into a tree sitting on a branch, I let my feet dangle and my mind is screaming in rage at what I'm doing. But I don't care. I carve two simples into a tree and look back down then spring down.

"Kids, let's go!"

They complain but agree and go into my car. He grabs my hand and I look at him snarl at him but he just holds my hand and just stares. I feel memories flow of times he did this and I scream in anger then blast him into his girlfriend and flee into my car driving off fast. I manage to stop a mile away from where I saw him and clasps my head to the steering wheel and bursts into tears.

"Mama?"

"Hush Larka..."

I shook and felt the car door open and then I was picked up. I didn't argue, I just curled into the person and cried more. My heart breaks deeply and I feel like I can't breathe. Then I feel cool air around me and I open my eyes to spot him holding me.

"W-What about...."

"Sssshhh"

Then he sings the Bad Wolves Hear me now song. I close my eyes and sing, then we start to dance in the moonlight together. My friend is also a big brother, and the two of us dance together in moonlight once again. We both know the song is about love and couples but we don't care we just dance and twirl with our three kids below us watching in aw.

I look at him and he captures my face gently then speaks the words he knows always cheers me up.

"Wake up and realize who you are! A powerful woman with a heart that is full of light!"

"Thus till the darkness rises and then fight with more friendship then hate"

He nodded then smacks my ass which makes me shriek and I tackle him right into water.
