Part 6: Drunk

It's been a week since the whole JoongPond scandal. Some fans forgot about it and moved on while others were still digging through their old pictures and shipping them. Joong & Dunk were invited to get together at Phuwin's house. It was a small party with some close friends of his.

Ever since the incident, Joong & Dunk never met or spoke. They had their own busy schedules to even have the time to meet. Joong had been trying to reach Dunk's cell ever since, but Dunk never picked up. He thought this party was the perfect time to talk with Dunk and clear up their misunderstanding.

Dunk had already arrived. Joong was running late. Ryu was at the party as well as he was also a close friend of Phuwin's from on set. Dunk and Ryu were talking and laughing. Joong had just arrived and walked in on that moment. He couldn't help but feel a sudden anger and jealous at that moment. He chose not to pay too much attention to it and ignored them as he continued walking in.

Phuwin: "Oii joong! When did you come?" He said as he approached him.

The party barely even started, and phuwin was already half drunk.

Pond: "Okay, that's enough alcohol for you." He said, grabbing the alcohol away from phuwin.

Usually, it's the opposite. Pond would get drunk, and phuwin would take care of him, but I guess it's different this year.

Phuwin: "Come on Pond, let me have some fun a bit. Would you? I'm gonna graduate soon. I'm not a kid anymore."

They started arguing like little kids. But joong didn't seem to care as his attention was else where. His eyes were on Dunk. As much as he hoped to ignore them, he just couldn't. He's hoping Dunk will see him and come approach him, but he looks way too busy talking to Ryu right now.

Pond: "Joong, is everything okay?" He stopped arguing with phuwin and looked towards me with worried eyes.

I pointed towards Dunk's direction. They both turned to see Ryu and Dunk. They weren't only aware of my feelings but also my hatred towards Ryu.

Pond: "Yikes!" He said as he turned back facing joong.

Phuwin: "Just ignore it, na. Let's have a drink." He said and dragged joong to the bar.

Pond: "Phu, i know what you're doing. You drank enough. Come back here." He said following them.

Dunk just realized he and Ryu have been talking for an hour. He also realized that there was no sight of joong. He was wondering if he's already here or not.

Dunk: "It's 10. He should he here." He said, looking at the time on his watch.

Ryu: "Who?" He questioned as he furrowed his brows.

Dunk: "Joong! I'm actually gonna go check and see if he's here or not."

Ryu nodded while Dunk got up and went searching for him.

Dunk soon bumped into phuwin on the dance floor.

Phuwin: "Oh dunk, are you having fun?"

Dunk: "Yeah, I'm just wondering if joong has arrived yet."

Phuwin: "Joong? Oh, joong yeah, he's with some girl in my room."

Dunk: "Oh!" He said, his voice sounding a little disappointed. He was hoping he could talk to Joong after their last conversation.

Phuwin: "Is everything okay? You want me to go get him."

Dunk: "No, no, I was just curious as I haven't seen him."
