Author's POV:
There was a video going viral on the internet from the GMMTV Outing with both Joong & Pond. Fans from both JoongDunk & PondPhuwin Fandom are going crazy. Their good friend P'Mook posted a vlog of her day at the GMMTV Outing. Including a clip of where Joong kissed Pond's cheek.
Pond: "Unbelievable!" He said, scrolling through X and seeing all these posts.
Joong: "Right! I was drunk. I had no clue what I was doing." He said just as shocked, scrolling through the posts.
It's been a week since the outing. Joong & Pond had an event together today. It was also the day the vlog was released, which is why all this chaos is happening.
Fans even started digging up pictures of them having dinner together. So what if they have dinner together. They were friends. It was normal for friends to have some fun a little.
Pond was texting Phuwin, explaining everything that happened.
Jack: "Guys, we have to get out there!"
We both nodded and headed out.
The fans started screaming when they saw them come out together.
Fans: "JoongPond, JoongPond, JoongPond!" They all yelled.
It made them feel overwhelmed. Through the crowd, Joong noticed a familiar figure. It looked like dunk from afar to him. But he was wearing a baseball hat that covered his face.

The event soon came to an end. It was time for questions. The part where both Pond & Joong feared the most.
Fan 1: "Are you both dating?"
Fan 3: "What about Phuwin & Dunk?"
Fan 2: "So everything was just fanservice?"
Pond: "Well... those are a lot of questions."
Joong: "We're not dating. It was just a tiny peck. I was drunk at the time. I didn't know what I was doing, and no, I don't do fanservice. Never in my life have I done fanservice, especially when it comes to dunk. Everything I say or do with him is genuine love."
Fans became silent after hearing that.
Fan 3: "So pond what about you? How do you feel Joong kissing you? Do you have any feelings for him.
He rolled his eyes, hearing.
Pond: "Me and Joong are just friends. So he kissed me, stop making a big deal out of it. Besides, Joong is not my type."
Fan 2: "Then who is your type?"
Jack: "Alright, alright, that's enough questions. Pond and Joong, let's go now." He said, gesturing them to follow him.
They both said their final farewells to their friend and followed Por Jack to the back.
Pond: "Woah, that was close." He said, breathing a sign of relief.
Jack: "You two stay here. I will be right back." He said, leaving them alone.
Joong saw the guy with the baseball hat earlier approaching them.
Joong: "Who is that?" He asked, tapping pond.
Pond: "I don't know. Who are you?" He asked the person approaching us.
They thought it was a crazy fan who snuck back.
The boy slowly removed the cap to reveal none other than Dunk. Joong was surprised to see him here. Dunk gave a soft smile.
Pond: "Oii dunk, what are you doing? I thought you were some crazy fan." He said, scratching his nape.
Dunk let out a small chuckle. Joong's heart skipped a beat hearing that. He could listen to Dunk's laugh all day.
Dunk: "Well, I was worried about you two. I saw the video. I went to go check up on you, but your mom said you had an event today." He said, pointing at Joong.
Pond: "Oh, well, what are you wearing? The way you dressed really threw me off." He said with a chuckle.
Dunk: "Dont you know? It's Joong's clothes. Once I found out you guys were at an event. I decided to come in disguse and not cause too much of a commotion."
Pond nodded.
Dunk: "Why are you silent? You have talked the whole time." He said, looking at Joong.
Pond: "Guys, phuwin is calling. Gotta take this." He said, excusing himself to take the call.
Joong just turned and ignored dunk. He was about to walk away, but he felt a hand on him that stopped him.
Dunk: "Where are you going?" He asked. His voice held concern.
Joong: "I want to get some fresh air." He said, not being able to look at him.
Dunk: "Joong, are you okay? You been acting strange these past few months. You have really changed. You don't open up to me about your life anymore like you used to. It feels like your hiding stuff from me. I mean, sometimes you act normal, and then sometimes you ignore me. Your behavior has been so off joong, and im genuinely worried about you." He said, not being able to hold it in anymore.
Joong didn't say anything. He just loosened Dunk's grip on him and went out.
Joong went out and sat on the bench. He saw a figure sitting next to him. He turned to see Pond giving him a small reassuring smile. There was a bit of silence between them as they enjoyed the breeze and night view in front of them.
Joong: "Why did Phuwin call?" He asked, breaking the silence.
Pond: "Nothing much. He asked how I was doing about the situation. He knows it's nothing, and fans are just making a big deal out of it."
Joong let out a small smile.
Pond: "What about you? What happened with dunk? He disappeared after I came back."
Joong: "I screwed up.... I can't even be around him anymore." He said on the verge of tears.
Pond: "What happened?" He asked, worried.
Joong: "I don't know.... I feel like I'm pulling myself away from him. Like he said, I have changed my feelings for him changed. I'm not myself when I'm around him. I mean, every time I look at him, I wanna kiss him and tell him how much I love him. But I can't.... I just can't."
Pond pulled Joong into a hug.
Pond: "I'm sorry, na!" He said as he patted his back, reassuring him.
They didn't know there was someone secretly watching them from afar and that someone was Dunk. Dunk let out a small smile to see Joong had found someone he could talk to. Even though that special someone used to be him. A part of his heart ached thinking about how close they were compared to how distant they are now. He couldn't describe the feeling he was feeling now but chose to ignore it. He left a couple of minutes, so he didn't get caught.
Joong and Pond soon pulled out of the hug.
Pond: "Joong, you're gonna have to confess to him sooner or later. I mean, it's better to confess, get rejected, and move on rather than not confess at all and keep it in you, making yourself struggle. But trust me on this Joong. I know Dunk feels something for you, too. He's just unaware of it. I'm his best friend. I know him well enough to know he likes you too."
Joong: "You think?"
Pond: "I know it." He said, giving a pat in his shoulders.
Jack: "Joong, Pond! Oh, there you 2 are. Why are you both wandering around? Go change. Quick! Quick!" He said as he gave them a small slap.
Pond: "Oww, Por." He whined.
Joong just chuckled.
Jack: "Come on. Go, Go!"
They both got up and went to get changed into their regular outfits.
