"There you two are! We were wondering when you were going to come down and join us." Soyeon said as she sipped on her drink.

You and Minnie walked to the tree and sat down in front of it beside the girls.

Minnie held you close and put her chin on your shoulder as you both felt a little sleepy still but too excited to rest any longer.

It's Christmas morning and you're beyond excited about it because it's one of your favorite days of the year.

It's such a happy season full of love and excitement and everything about this time of the year brings you so much joy and contentment.

This Christmas in particular is extremely special and exciting.

You and Minnie have been trying for a family for a little while now.

For a while, you both had your doubts and concerns that, possibly, IVF wasn't working because you kept getting negative results.

But this time of year is full of happiness and a time when dreams come true and it seems that your dreams of having a baby with Minnie were finally happening.

There was no better Christmas gift you could possibly give her than that.

"Should we start opening gifts?" Shuhua asked.

"Yeah," Yuqi said before looking at you and Minnie. "I think Minnie should open hers first.

You accidentally let it slip to Yuqi that you were pregnant a couple of nights ago, when you were racking your brain to figure out the perfect way to tell her.

She's been beyond excited for Minnie to find out.

For a while, you thought she might spoil the surprise since she was so overjoyed to be an aunt and so excited for Minnie to find out.

"I think so too." You said before reaching for the gift for her from you. "You go first, my love,"

Minnie unwrapped her arms from around you and began to tear apart the wrapping paper.

Yuqi pulled her phone out to open her camera, feeling that she should get ready to take some pictures and videos so this moment wouldn't ever be forgotten.

Inside was a thin wooden box engraved with the words "our next adventure..." and the girls scooted closer as they wondered what was inside.

"Slide it open." You said and Yuqi began to film you and Minnie.

Minnie did as you said and slid the lid of the wooden box off.

"What's inside?" Miyeon asked curiously.

Minnie picked up what was in the box before a gasp left her lips.

"Oh, my god," She whispered as she let it sink in and then looked at you.

"Is that a pregnancy test?" Soyeon gasped before she grinned.

"Yeah..." Minnie replied. "It's positive!"

She looked at you and you felt tears fill your eyes as you parted your lips to say the words you've been dreaming of being able to say to her.

"I'm pregnant!"

Yuqi laughed happily as Minnie threw her arms around you and the girls excitedly shrieked.

"Yuqi, aren't you excited?" Shuhua wondered.

"Y/N let it slip to me a couple of nights ago."

Minnie gasped as she looked at you.

"How long have you known?"

"Three days. I wanted to tell you immediately but since it was Christmas, I wanted to surprise you! I managed to get this rushed here in time but if I hadn't, I would've just wrapped the test in wrapping paper and given it to you that way. I wanted it to be special."

She smiled through the tears of happiness in her eyes.

"It is special, darling. We're having a baby, that's amazing! It's what we've been wanting for so long." She said before she kissed you softly. "I love you."

"I love you too. Merry Christmas."

"Merry Christmas," She giggled and then pulled you in for a big hug.

"Not that we'll be able to top that when it comes to Christmas gifts, we all still have a lot to open so we should continue," Yuqi said as she set her phone down.

"Thank you for filming that, Yuqi," You said as Minnie pulled you onto her lap, soft lips brushing against your skin repeatedly.

"We're so happy for you!" Miyeon exclaimed before she and the girls got up to give you and Minnie hugs.

"This is the best Christmas ever." Minnie smiled. "But I can't wait to see what next Christmas will be like, with our baby."
