"What's with the frown, sweetie?" Travis asked as he walked further into the living room.

"The fucking stupid remote won't turn the stupid fucking TV on!" She huffed, pressing the buttons harder.

"Baby, the batteries might be dead. Let's change them, hmm?" He kissed her cheek, gently removing the remote from her hand.

Taylor huffed again, crossing her arms and leaning back.

He chuckled, walking into the kitchen to change the batteries quickly.

When he walked back into the living room he saw Taylor glaring at the TV, arms crossed, and an angry expression on her face.

"Careful baby, you could burn a hole through the TV." He told her.

"Here, sweetie. It should work now." Travis spoke, he turned on the TV, giving her the remote back.

Taylor clicked the buttons, changing it to the show she wanted. Friends.

Travis lifted her up, laying down on the lounge and pulling her on top of him. She paid no mind to him moving her, peacefully watching her show.

...

When the show started glitching and it started loading again, Taylor groaned, "Stupid fucking internet." She muttered, going to check the internet on the settings.

"Why the fuck would you say 'internet stable' if its NOT FUCKING STABLE!" She mocked and yelled the last bit, startling Travis from his nap.

"What's going on, sweetheart?" He pulled her further up his body, she tucked her head in his neck. Travis stroked her hair and her back, waiting for her to respond.

"The internet won't fucking work!" She sobbed, clinging tighter to him.

"Oh baby."

"I finally got the stupid thing to work! Then it just starts loading again! I hate it so much!" Taylor complained.

"It's okay, sweetie. How 'bout we get something to eat, hmm?" Travis asked, coaxing her head out of his neck. His eyes softened when he saw her red, puffy eyes, tear stains down her cheeks and her chin wobbling.

He kissed her softly, he could care less about a little bit of snot. He lifted her properly so she could hold on to him, and he walked into the kitchen.

Little sniffles came from Taylor as they walked, he rubbed her scalp, wanting to provide as much comfort as he could.

Placing her on the counter, he brushed her tears away with his thumbs, keeping his hands on her cheeks.

"What do you want to eat, sweetie?" He tucked the hair that was in her face behind her ears, brushing her bangs off to the side.

She shrugged, he raised an eyebrow at her. "I guess something salty?" She answered, he smiled.

"Popcorn?" He asked, she grinned, nodding in reply. Travis kissed her forehead, walking to the cupboard but stopped when he heard a sniffle. He turned quickly, seeing the tears fall from her eyes again.

"Hey, hey, hey.. What's going on, baby?" He walked back over to her, placing her hands in his.

She lifted her arms towards him, he smiled gently.
