Marjorie's POV :

I watch as autumn storms down the isles of the shop looking for one specific thing.
I can tell she wants to go home and get this over with.
I don't think she believes she's pregnant from the look of annoyance on her face.
However,everyone else thinks otherwise especially with her attitude lately.
Everyone knows she's not the nicest person you'll meet,but recently she's been a lot ruder than usual.

She eventually ends up finding the isle with all the test and grabs a random one before u stop her.

"Your gonna need at least 3 autumn"
I said gesturing towards the other section with all the professional ones.
She looks at the test and then looks at me with wide eyes.
"Marjorie,these cost more than my will "
"Don't worry,ill pay"

She nods and picks up some random ones.
We pay for the test and leave.
I start driving back to the nursery while autumn looks out the window.
She looks like she is ill .

We finally reach the nursery after 5 minutes and head to the office.
"Autumn,go take the test and come into my office when your done and we can look at the result"
"For gods sake Marjorie,I won't be a minute"

Autumns POV-

As I unbox the test I debate whether to actually take it or just say i did.
If I'm pregnant I don't know what I'm going to do.
I'm not good enough to be a mother .
Especially with how my own mother treated me.
She left at such a young age and left me with my father.

I read the instructions still confused on how it works.
I decide to ring Charlotte.
She picks up almost immediately.

"Hey autumn,it's unlike you to call me"
"Hello Charlotte,I need you to meet me in the bathroom as soon as possible"
"Yeah that's fine ,ill be there in a sec"

I sit down on the floor whilst I wait for Charlotte.
Soon enough,she arrives and rushed over to me with a look of worry on her face.
I quickly stand up and give her a light hug before showing her the test.
She looks at me with wide eyes.

"Autumn,why are there so many pregnancy test?!"
"There mine,winter and Marjorie insisted on me taking them because apparently I've been showing 'signs'"
"Omg that's amazing if you are ,but why did you call me in?"
"I don't understand these instructions and the first person I thought to ring was you seeing as you have 2 children of your own,I need you to explain how to do this"
"Yes of course I can"

Charlottes POV :

I'm sat in the bathroom outside of the stall waiting for autumn to come out.
I remember what my pregnancy was like with my ex husband.
It was absolutely horrific.
He would abused me every time I threw up around the house calling me a dirty cow or even kicking me out on the streets for the night.
I'm so grateful that aut has winter to take care of her.
Winter has such a kind heart and always brings out the good in autumn no matter the situation.
It makes me sad knowing I never had that as a young mother.

Autumn eventually comes out of the stall holding the three test.
She looks like she's nervous.
I quickly go over and give her a hug.
"It's going to be alright aut"
"Thanks Charlotte,anyway let's go take these to Marjorie,she said to go straight to her for the result"
"Alright"

When we walk into the office ,Marjorie and Carly are already waiting.
I roll my eyes laughing a little when I look at Carly.
"Carly,shouldn't you be at work"
"Hey charrr,Marjorie said I can have a break,she's not telling me what's going on though"
"Hello my love,where's autumn?"
"Hey Marjorie,I actually don't know,she was with me a secon-"
"I'm right here"
We all turn around to see autumn walking down the corridor clutching her stomach.
She looks like she's about to cry.
"Ong autumn ,what's wrong ,here take a seat my love"
Marjorie carefully sits autumn down on a chair before sitting in her own.
We all wait patiently for the results of the test.
Around 3 minutes pass and autumn nods at me to look at the result.
I flip the stick over and my eyes grow wide.
I look closer to make sure I'm seeing things right before nudging Marjorie trying not to make autumn notice.

"Omg no way, check the other ones"
She whispers in my ear .
I quickly flip the other ones over.
Me and Marjorie stare at each over like someone had crashed into the nursery.
I nervously turn around to face autumn who is currently biting her nails.
She looks at me in horror.
"Charlotte , I know that face, let me see right now"
"Actuall-"

I was interrupted as she snatched it out my hand before flipping it over.
Everyone stares at her looking nervous about what's about to happen.
