Chapter 3

Charlie's POV

I felt someone shake my shoulder."Good Morning!"Said a voice.I rubbed my eyes until everything wasn't blurry."Are we there yet?" I asked still rubbing my eyes."Yep." Mich said standing to the side ,revealing a huge house."Oh my gosh!"I ran into the house and up the stairs. Mitch was right behind me. "Wheres my room?" I asked. "Right here." Mitch said opening a door to the most epic room I had ever seen.It was blue.My favorite color.There was a gaming computer with a face cam and a normal camera.The computer already had Minecraft downloaded."I love it!" I gave him a bear hug."Can I call you Dad?" He nodded his head."I love you Dad."I said smiling.I hugged him harder.

~The Next Day~

Uggggghh, I heard the most annoying beeping sound.Beep Beep Beep.I open my eyes and see a blue alarm clock. I snacked the snooze button.I got up and dragged my self down the stairs. "Why do I have to be up so early?"I asked."School."Dad said. "Uggggggghh."I walked up the stairs and slowly showered and brushed my teeth and hair.I walked into my room and changed.Hmm not this one That one Perfect I picked out a hoodie and shorts.I got white sicks and black tall converse. I put on a backwards cap.I found a backpack filled with stuff for school."I'm ready!" I screamed going down the stairs.

~Skip The Walk~
I got to my first class right on time."Hello Class,today we have a new student."said Mr. Unknown Teacher"Would you like to come up and introduce yourself?"I walked to the front of the class. "Hi,My name is Charlotte Hughes. You can call me Charlie for short. I'm fourteen and I just moved here from an adoption center at Maine.I was just adopted. I hope to have a good time and make some friends here."I walked back to my desk in the corner.Two girls who looked exactly the same sat in front of me.They were probably whispering about me.Its since I'm adopted.~Bell Rings~ Everyone ran out. I walked out.Those twins were looking at me.One if them walked up to me."Hi I'm Pearl this is Amber.We're twins."She said smiling."Hi what's up." I said."Um we noticed that your last name was Hughes ,and we wanted to know if your dad is BajanCanadian?I mean if you don't know who he is that's fine." One of the twins asked."Actually yeah he is my dad I can show you."I said."Omg thanks I'll tell my mom."one of them said.I walked to class.

~Skip School And The Walk~

I walked home with Pearl and Amber."So this is my house." I said."Omg Its so big."One of them said."Peek through the window." I hinted them.They peeked."Is that really him?" They asked .I nodded my head."Omg bye."One of them said."See ya." I said and waved.I unlocked the door. "So how was school today?"Mitch asked."Great" I answered."Did you make any friends?" "Yep."
