A Huge Crab (Like Huge)

Hi Loves I'm either posting this on the 24 or 25 possibly the 26. But i said a few days or hours. Anyways onto the story!!!!

Y/n POV

I quickly recover before running out of the way of another oncoming crab leg. Damn crab legs sound good right now. Shit, not the time. I keep running and make a gate to get on its head. I try to keep my footing only to loose it as the crab turns quickly to try and remove me from its back and I, once again, go flying into a wall. This time i fail to save myself and groan as i cough out a bit of blood. "A little healing Kira?" I whisper and laugh as she hurries to me with a terrified face.

"How the hell are you still awake?! If that was anyone else they'd be dead!" She lectures as she heals me. I could feel myself getting better so i move to stand and groan.

"Lucky I'm not anyone else, yeah?" I say and grin down at her. Her face only showing a look of disappointment as i stand.

"You know we could always return when you're stronger? Its not like this is all that important.." She whispers and looks down.

"Not important? If we don't beat this we'll die when we get to Jeju Island I wont be able to advance. We have to do this. Or else we die." I say and smile down at her before walking off. She didnt't move.

I hurry back to the massive crab and try to find a weak point. I look to the joints and decide to aim for the the soft spots between the legs. I charge towards it and take out one leg. I signal for Elex to take out another leg and keep attacking the legs. It took a few minutes but soon three oof the legs were effectively removed. I look around and see a soft gap on the bottom of, what i assume is its face. I hurry to it and try to stab the point only miss as one of the other legs swipes me and almost hits me before i dodge and fall into a gate. I emerge from a good ten feet away from the crab and steady myself. " For a crab missing three legs you sure are persistent." I grunt as i stare back at the crab. I look around and see that Kira has regained her composure and joined the battle once again. I hurry and charge towards that spot again. Ducking and jumping over the remaining legs. "Kira could you distract him please?!" I call out and watch her nod before she starts sending spells towards the Crab.

Finally, I get close enough to stab the soft spot on the crab. I duck under the crab and aim for the spot before plunging my rapier into it as far as i can. I feel the crab stutter and begin to lower itself before crashing down almost crushing me if i hadn't made a gate to get away.

"Shit, that was close..." I whisper and stand next to Kira.

"Did you kill it?" She asks cautiously as she stares at the monster disgusted. I nod and begin walking towards is.

"I think so... Elex. Shoot another arrow at it." I order and watch the crab get pierced with the arrow. "yeah that thing is dead." I say and watch the crab begin to fade away. I watch as a massive essence stone is shown and I hurry towards it.

"Wow that thing is... huge..." Kira whispers. I only nod and touch it. I flinch as my system starts getting bombarded with notifications. You have Unlocked the skill: Warden's Influence ( you can force people to think the way you do. You have maxed out the skill: Speed/agility. You have unlocked the skill: Foresight ( you will be able to predict moves of your enemies). You have unlocked the skill: Pinpoint. (You will now be able to see the major weak-points on enemies once their health is below 45%. I stare at the bunch of screens blocking my vision as i read. Of course most of the skills were useful like Foresight but it doesn't matter if i can see the move before it happens if i can't dodge it.

"Kira do you have any new abilities?" I ask as i turn to her and laugh as i see her bewildered expression.

"Yeah... a lot of healing and... passive ones? Like Complete immunity to mind control?" She starts laughing and smiles. " Who the hell can control minds in this world?!" She says and smiles. "I have leveled up in agility and strength." She adds on as i put the essence crystal in my inventory.

"Nice! Now how about we get out of here?" I say and start walking towards the exit of the gate.

"Yes Please!" she says and hurries in front of me, basically running out of the gate.

It didnt take long to leave the gate. Soon enough we reached the normal world and the three of us stood outside in the cool midnight air. "Damn that took a long time." I whisper and turn to Elex. "Oh forgot you were still here.. Rest" I order and watch as his tall forms turns into gold dust and slips into my shadow. 

"So what and how did you get that thing?" Kira finally asks and points at my shadow.

"Oh Elex? Yeah so basically he's a shadow soldier. And I fought in a giant dungeon and he was there trying to kill me but i defeated him so i took him as my soldier, cause he's cool, and now i can summon him using command words!" I explain with a smile.

"Ok..." She says and nods as if she still doesn't understand.

"Now lets go home. Anymore staying awake and i think ill die," I mumble and start walking.

"Yeah," she whispers and follows after me. The walk was much longer than it should've been but with our exhaustion slowing our walking speed the supposed to be 15 minute walk became a good 25 minutes.

"We're home! Good night." I say and immediately go to my room. No shower, no brushing my teeth, not even changing my clothes. I just lay down and fall right to sleep.

"Goodnight" i hear Kira respond as her own door closes.
