Monarch of the Gates/ Solo leveling

The Gate Part 2

Congratulations you get a double update day! I'm really bored so you get another chapter hopefully good enough to satisfy you gluttons. Anyways lets get onto the story!

Your POV

After around forty-five minutes all of the goblins had been healed though i had come to find out my wound was so bad that our B rank healer, Meira, couldn't heal it all the way. That didn't mean i couldn't still fight though. According to my current knowledge lvl 16 is around a high C ranker so i am stronger. Kira leveled up as well she's now level 13 which is great she a low C ranker or high D ranker. "Y/n you good?" The first words Alastar has said to me directly ever. "Yeah just a little sore but i feel way better! By the way thank you Balor for the help." Balor just blushed and turned around as Safyia laughed at him. "Ok, everyone be ready to move in ten minutes!" Kai anounced i had come to find out he was the second youngest of the group just before Akira. Kai was 18,  Alastar was 20, Meira was 26, Connie was 25, Calem was also 20, Akira was only 17, Balor was the oldest at 27, and Safyia 19. Akira still was a minor though i had come to find out she graduated early. (Btw you and Kira are 21 she a younger though keep that in mind)"Lets move out everyone!" Kai called out. We all had packed already ready to venture deeper into the unknown otherwise known as the gate. 

Just as before low level goblins had come out to fight but this time they were accompanied by low level insects. Kai and Alastar were casting spells while Safyia used her ability that i found out  paralyzed her enemy to keep them still as Kai and Alastar casted their spells. Connie was protecting Meira while Calem was protecting Kira. Me and Balor were back to back fighting he was very strong and knowledgeable on how to handle a dagger and sword and even showed me how to use one throughout the fight. I still wanted to know what that ability was "touch of the Gate Keeper" i hade never heard of it i wanted to read how to use it but i didn't get the chance. "Y/N WATCH OUT" Akira had shot the spider that was falling from the sky and killed it which i was grateful for but I was also very surprised she actually called out my name. " PAY ATTENTION NEXT TIME IDIOT" "SORRY" she sighed and kept shooting her bow. 

A few minutes later we had killed all the monsters and found the boss dungeon. I could tell Safyia and Alastar felt the aura coming from the room but it seemed like it was only me who could tell. "We'll rest here for an hour and then go and kill the boss. Ok?" Everybody agreed and we all sat down to rest. "Hey Y/n come here I'm going to try and heal you wound more." This time instead of Meira asking it was Kira. " Um yeah sure!" I had walked over to her and sat down pulling up my sleeve to show the 'wound' which at this point just looked like a big bruise. "Tell if this feels better." She then placed her hand on my arm. Her hands started to glow causing a cool sensation to go through my are. About five minutes later my arm was almost completely healed. "There that should be better!" Kira exclaimed though i could tell she was exhausted. "Thank you but i think you should take a break you look pretty tired." She then nodded laying down on the bags and dozing off to sleep. "Is she ok?" This time it was Akira asking which surprised me even more, seems like she warming up to us. "Yeah, she's fine she's just tired from using her power so much this is her first time using it." I explained-"WHAT IT'S HER FIRST TIME I THOUGHT SHE WOULD HAVE AT LEAST USED IT A FEW TIMES BEFORE! SHE'S AMAZING!" This time is was Meira. "Yeah i thought she would at least have been in a dungeon before times before now." Alastar had said his first words in 2 hours. "Haha! Yeah, well it is pretty amazing!" I really didn't know how to react to someone else's praise so i kinda just shrugged it off. "We can't forget about you Y/n your insanely strong i can't believe your only a C rank!" Well my level now was 26 so i was at least a low B rank but i couldn't tell then that. "Oh! Don't be like that your all way better than me even even Kira!" They all laughed and for another hour we waited and rested. 

"Ok! The hour is up we're all finally up and energized now lets go kick some boss ass!" Kai yelled earning laughs from Calem, Me and Safyia everyone else just rolled their eyes. Before we entered the layer Safyia told us the plan. "Here's what we're going to do I'll paralyze him, Kai and Alastar will cast spells and weaken him with the support of Kira. Calem and Connie like usual will protect the healers until your needed. Balor and Y/n will do physical attacks, Meira you'll back them up. And lastly Akira you'll get any approaching enemies. Got It?!" We all agreed to the plan and entered the the boss's layer. It was a giant goblins this time surrounded by small low level goblins he was at least 10 feet tall give or take. As we entered all the monsters turned around and charged at us. That was when our plan went in to motion. Safyia was the first to move striking and paralyzing parts of the boss's body. Then Alastar and Kai start casting spells damaging the boss with the help of Kira. While me and Balor took off ready to kill the boss we cut and slashed at him as Akira took out the approaching smaller goblins. The boss's name plate was the color orange meaning it was strong but not super strong. All of a sudden a giant gate opened from under me 'touch of the Gate Master activated' i was then sucked into the floor just to appear right above. Out of instinct i pointed my blade down right into his skull. The blade sunk in to his skull just as i landed. Right at the exact moment Alastar and Kai sent the final blows to the boss and he fell. 

Afterward we collected all the monster cores (I dont Know wash at they're called) and finally left the dungeon all satisfied with out collection. Though i could tell they were confused as to how i got up on the boss to tell you the truth i was too.

Word count: 1,154 this is also a long chapter and is probably a really rushed chapter I'm not really good at describing fights but i hope to get better also you just found out your first ability!
