"oh please, mini. can't your mommy see you anymore? i really miss you. please come visit me, jeongin and your friends." seungmin's mother persuaded with a heartbreaking voice, missing her oldest son that are still in australia, not coming home because of a silly heartbreak he endured ever since he was nineteen. he chose to move there because of his long distance friend, bang chan and because he has enough money (he's loaded as fuck) so why not?

seungmin chewed on his bottom lip. its been two years. he miss his beloved mother more than anything. okay. "okay. for... seven days." his mother had expected less days than that so hearing seungmin say that, she's delighted and happy. "my goodness! i love you so much, okay mini? you're mommy's boy, i love you so much." seungmin felt bad for not coming home sooner.

"i love you too, mom. say hi to jeongin for me." seungmin smiled faintly, staring at the ground absentmindedly.

his mother hummed softly with a soothing voice. the voice that makes seven years old seungmin fall asleep feeling safe and secure. "sure, mini love. im hanging up now, okay? love you."

"love you more."

seungmin and hyunjin had known each other since they were five. seungmin doesn't like hyunjin for so many reasons, not knowing that he'd fall in love with him eleven years later.

(seungmin sighed softly, his bottom lip jutting out as he stare at his scratched knees. he's not really sad about that because he's five. most people that's five years old does not really care about their stupid scratched knees as its very normal.

seungmin was sad because he broke his glasses. not only his knees were scratched but so was his glasses but even worse because they're still new. so seungmin was in agony.

"hello! are you otay?" a sweet goofy voice appeared. seungmin huffed as he recognized that voice. its the stupid hwang hyunjin that's half tongued and everyone likes him because he's loud and is a sweetheart to everyone. kind also.

but seungmin doesn't like him for various reasons. he's tall, loud and whiny. he's also a bit disgusting. seungmin despise him a lot. "its 'okay'. not 'otay'." seungmin corrected sassily as he try stand up.

hyunjin gasped, "let me help!" he likes seungmin so much so why not help his friend out?

seungmin grumbled, feeling hyunjin's sweaty hands holding his arms but didn't say anything. "mom taid im not old enough to pronounth thome letterth." hyunjin explained kindly. the way hyunjin pronounce some of the words makes seungmin angry so he tries to walk away, startling hyunjin. "where are you going?! i didn't catch your name yet!")

when they entered high school, hyunjin became famous and known by almost everyone. seungmin who doesn't really like attention starts to let hyunjin hang out alone during lunch or breaks. but they'd still hang out in class.

seungmin who was not really fond of attention caught hyunjin giving puppy eyes and sad looks throughout the day one day at school. he just give hyunjin a disgusted look, "whats wrong with you?" he asked. hyunjin bats his eyelashes as he link their arms together, laying his head on seungmin's shoulder. "you don't hang out with me anymore~!" he whined loudly.

seungmin scoffed at hyunjin before pushing his head away. hyunjin looks like a kicked puppy. "shut up." seungmin actually felt bad after that.

when they enter their first year in college, hyunjin immediately got a boyfriend three months after that.

seungmin started to be slightly cold towards hyunjin without him himself realizing. he was too focused on his own heart that he accidentally broke hyunjin's.

(the way hyunjin looks at seungmin almost drove him crazy. "wh—what?" hyunjin deadpanned, his eyes big, staring into seungmin's soul. "you're joking." hyunjin laughed bitterly. but seungmin looks cold, his face unemotional like a robot. hyunjin hates it.
