"Wake up, sleepyhead."

I groaned and covered my face with the pillow that was under my head. I felt the pillow being snatched off.

"Stop." I whined, kicking any direction I could.

My legs were grabbed and pulled close to Rueben. He pulled me in between his legs and looked down at me. I tried to cover my body but he pushed my hands out the way.

"You need to wake up." He whispered, kissing my lips. Images of what happened last night took over my mind. I quickly got away from him, grabbing my bag and walking into the bathroom. I turned on the shower and stood outside of it to get hot. After the water got hot, I went in. 

I can't believe that I did that with Rueben. After all that shit I went through, I didn't even do that with Odell but with Rueben ?

I will admit I liked it but it felt wrong.

Soon the water got cold and I got out the shower. This was taking a toll on me.

It's not like it was sex, right ?

I put on my outfit for today and walked out the bathroom with my bag fully packed.

"You ready ?" I asked, looking at Rueben. He nodded, grabbing his bag with attention full in his phone. We both walked out the hotel room and walked to the elevator. The elevator ride was awkward. I tried not to start bringing up the situation and Rueben was giving me no attention. Probably because I blew him off earlier.

I returned the key to the front desk and walked out.

"Aye, you get the taxi. I gotta make a call." Rueben said, handing me his five hundred ton duffle bag. As I was waiting for the taxi, I overheard him talking on the phone.

"Man, you put that shit in the house ?"

"Good."

"I'm gonna need when I get home."

" I might need another pound within a couple weeks."

"Ight man. bye."

I quickly grabbed our bags and threw them in the backseat to make it look like I wasn't being nosy.  I slid in and played on my phone. Rueben finally came in and slammed the door shut. 

"The Dale Airport."

It was an awkward silence again the whole ride to the airport. We arrived and I tipped the driver because Rueben rude ass didn't.

We got on the plane and got settled.

I put in my earphones and played my music, drifting off to sleep.

I woke up by being shoved by Rueben.

"Get your ass up."

I didn't pay him no mind and grabbed my bag, walking off the plane.

The girls were waving little posters and jumping up and down. I walked into the terminal and they ran to me.

"MOMMY !"

Their bodies flew into my lower body. I stumbled but regained my footing when they attacked me.
