26. mangalsutra

Shagun was reading a novel in their sharing room, she was lost in her book, suddenly she read a beautiful sentence.

A dreamy smile appears on Shagun's face, she would be lying if she denied that this has never happened to her and shubh not appears on her mind while she read these beautiful sentence.

Shagun thought and shake her head while smiling like a idiot. Shagun turns to the table to pick up the colour pan to underline the sentence.

After underlining the sentence, Shagun was about to turn the page of the book, when suddenly she felt that something had slipped from her neck and some black beads had fallen on her book, Shagun looked at her neck and chest area, Her eyes widened as she saw that her mangalsutra was broken, Shagun hurriedly stood up and all the black pearls and diamonds fell on the floor, her mind went numb and her heart sank, her breathing raged, She knelt on the floor and hurriedly start collecting all the black pearls and diamonds.

She bent her knees more and tried to put her hand under the bed and started collecting the diamonds and pearls, a drop of tear fell from her eye and fell on her cheek, as soon as she saw that the diamond of her mangalsutra was completely broken. She pushed her hand a little further under the bed and started picking up the broken diamond. She got many cuts on her hand but she didn't feel anything. She was to lost.

After collecting the broken mangalsutra, shagun sit on the floor while closing her eyes and holding her mangalsutra tightly near her heart, her heart was scared and she was afraid, it is a very big deal to any married indian girl, there is lots of myth people says like 'the Mangalsutra broke, it is a stroke of bad luck, special for the husbands'

A long tear drop from fell from her eyes as she heard this from many people that 'Each section has nine black beads. The black beads indicate the nine form of Adi-Shakti. If the mangalsutra breaks or the beads come off, it is considered higly inominous and a sign of a potential danger to the husband's health or his life.'

Tears keep fellen from her eyes and she said this to herself.
"How can I be so careless....... What if these all myths are real..... W- wh- What if something happens to shu- s- shubh.. no no no, Shagun kuch nhi hoga, took a long breath, it is just a myth, but what if it's rea- real"

Shagun hurriedly stood up and rush out of the room and sit on a car, start driving as fast as she can.

After 20 minutes driving she finally she reach company. And my eyes got wind open after seeing such a big huge company i have ever seen. How beautifully it's design everything look like a dreaming company, i have hear that they have a largest company in the world and every Suryavanshi Corporation branches have their own beautiful architecture, I never got the chance to see but today is my first time seeing Suryavanshi Corporation and I felt like my eyeballs fall out, there is no doubt why Suryavanshi Corporation got the Global best Architectural Awards.

After parked the car, I took a deep breath to calm myself, because I know whose wife I am, it is my responsibility to respect Shubh's position.

I am trying to calm myself down before entering the company but I think it won't work because fear has already taken over my heart. As soon as I walked in, I went straight to the receptionist and I noticed a few people's eyes on me, i avoid these eyes and asked to the receptionist.
