Currently in Delhi mansion

There was noise in Suryavanshi mansion as it was breakfast time and my family was discussing something and I knew what they were discussing, of course it was about my marriage.

A week ago my mom told my family and me that she like someone for me and she wants me to marry her because according to her she is the right one for me and can take care of her son,
I'm avoiding this situation because am not interested in marriage at all But right now my mom is very upset, And now I understand that avoiding the situation is no longer the solution.

Now I'm on my way to the dining area my mom looked at me and again she look back at her food, I could tell she was upset with me.

Shubh took a deep breath and sit on the chair.

Shubh, are you going to Bangkok this week?
My bua (aunt ) said.

Yes bua.
I said

Well good! there is a girl you need to meet
My bua said.

I took a deep breath and ask

Why.

Bua:- I found a good partner for you, the girl name is Shreya

I didn't say anything

Bua:- You should atleast meet her, and I have shown her picture to your grandmother and she also likes it

I looked up at my grandmother.

Grandmother :- if you like someone then Tell us. Because the right time has come, now you have to give Jaipur their Rani sa (queen)

She's right. I know my responsibility as a king

Okay!
I said.

My mom stand up and walked out of the dining area, from corner of my eyes i follow her movement.

Grandmother :- Meera wapas aao
( Meera come back)

Meera ( Shubh mom) :- it's okay maa I can understand
(Maa mean mom)

Grandmother :- it's not what you thinking, I know Shubh is your son and you love him, but can an ordinary girl take over the position of Jaipur Rani?

Meera ;- She will become the queen of Jaipur later, but first she will have to become my son's wife, my son has been taking responsibilities since the age of 14, he has lost himself in responsibility.

Now I looked up at my mom and I see tears in her eyes, then she went back to her room

Right then My secretary called me and told about the meeting I was already late.
I stand up

I looked at my father who was going to my mother's room

Shubh :- dad, talk to mom, I'll talk to mom in the evening

Dad:- hmmm you should.

In the office.

I've attend all the meetings but there is one thing which is keep going on in my mind again and again, that is the incident during breakfast in the morning. my grandmother is right in her place but my mom never behave like this. My mom has been talking about that girl since a week now, I never thought she was so serious about it, but when I saw her eyes today in the morning..... tears in her eyes.....

Shubh took a deep breath, picked up the car keys and left.

I'm back home at 9pm

I went straight to my mom's room and I see Jaan maa and grandmother there.
(Jaan maa / choti maa / mean aunt)

I went towards mom's bed and lay down, keep my head on her lap.
smile appeared on their face.

Jaan maa:- Didi, after a long time we are seeing this side of our Shivu.
"Shubh aunt said to shubh's mom)

( Shivu is nickname of Shubh)

after that my grandmother kissed me on the forehead, make other two lady's smile. I keep my eyes closed and said

Shubh :- Maa I am going to meet that girl after two days, is it okay?

Shubh's mom:- it's okay Shubh.

I opened my eyes after listening her

Grandmother:- I asked your mother to invite her to the pooja at our house....... Our family members should meet her and if we like her you can meet her in private.............. The final decision is yours.

And my grandmother left the room.

Jaan maa:- I seen her since her childhood thats why I agree with didi.
But as badi maa sa said, the last decision is yours.

She put her hand on my face and I hold them and place a kissed on her hand!

She also left.

After few seconds shubh mom said.

Meera (shubh's mom):- you know I always pray God Shiv ji ..... I nodded and she smiled while continue. My son fulfills his full responsibility to protect everyone.

Tears tears filled in her eyes and I hate it

Meera:- i need someone who can protect him.

A long tear came out of her eyes

I can't see this but I want to listen to her, everything she want me to knew
I hold her hand.

Meera :- and I can feel she's the one I'm pray for you!
I know you have right on your life but I just want you to meet her.... I know my son and you never regret.

I noticed, the smile on my mom's face is so beautiful when she talk about her.

Shubh :- mom when is Pooja
Mom:- after two days
Shubh :- after the Pooja I'm going to meet her... Whatever be the family's decision, I will go to meet her.

My mom smile and give me a envelope. "Confusingly I looked up at her."

Mom:- in this envelope have a Shagun's picture and some information about her.

So her name is shagun.

Shubh :- okay!

After some time I left mom's room and came to my room.
