I must've waited for hours bored out of my mind. I of course didn't stay in the upstairs room, no... I had long since twisted the doorknob to my upstairs prison, I was now down below... in the living room, and it was- full of old relics, old wood statues made from carvings...and I don't know why I found this funny but a few looked like Alec and his brother. Just carved in wood.

It was creepy, yet amusing their egos must've been fragile if they had statues of themselves. Strange books, where the covers looked cracked, and old... well worn and used. Flipping one open, and it was in a language of random symbols I didn't understand. And another book in- latin?

I had questions- serious questions. For when they got back. Feeling the hairs on my neck stand up, and the air around me had dissipated I couldn't breathe as I struggled... and then gasped for air. What. The. Fuck. Turning around there stood a man with long black wavy hair, golden orange eyes, pointed ears, and light grey skin... and a chiseled jawline. He had, horns- gold plated horns sprouting out of his head- my jaw dropped. He appeared out of nowhere. Out of nothing, but thin air. Don't tell me opening a book is how he got here. His gaze fell on me, and I froze, like a deer in headlights.

"Are you some sort of maid or an intruder?" He growled, with a lip twitch of contempt. I struggled to form words... before I inhaled and exhaled.

"...neither...sir." Despite his odd appearance he was the most captivating man I've ever laid eyes on, and I was only 30. He stalked towards me and I felt my legs moving on their own back until I hit the table behind me, 6 feet tall, a corset vest made of silk and the colors a vibrant purple and green. Black dress pants, and shined shoes. Every girls wet dream. He reached for my wrists gripping the chains wrapped around them, he broke them, and with a clunk hit the floor below me. Shit, if he had that kind of strength best not to poke the bear too much.

"Then you're a pet to them. This should be good, they hadn't had any source of entertainment in centuries." He remarked with a sneer, shoving his hands in his pockets and turning around and walking back. Centuries? So this guy knew my captors. I took a few steps forward "how do you know them? What do you mean centuries? Oh my god are they vampires?! ARE VAMPIRES REAL?!" My tone raising at the end with a bit too much excitement like I was on a mystery case.

He chuckled, his lips form into a cocky smile. "No, my dear. And yes vampires are real, but they are more than vampires." He stated I expected him to reveal more but he just left me hanging. A frustrated groan escaping out of me. "Where did you come from?" I asked folding my arms across my chest, popping my hip to the side.

"Hell." He replied. My heart stopped in my chest, and my brains thoughts halted. "What." I responded without thinking. He turned to me, now... a serious look on his face, that cocky smile gone. "I come, from Hell cherie. Your next question is probably going to be asking who I am, I am Mammon. The sin of greed, a prince of hell. Your captors, work for me and I have come to collect what they owe." He sounded like someone who was in high status, yet with a more sinister note playing in his voice.

Hell. He comes from- hell. That would explain his horns. So that meant- my captors were demons...bloody demons. "So Alec and his brother are-" I was trying to wrap my head around it. "Demons.? No." What? My face went blank.
"They're fallen gods, evil, chaotic, gods. Our arrangement is just business, sometimes pleasure~" the word pleasure rolled off his tongue his voice smoothed out with a purr.

Fallen gods. Shit- that means that other gods exist, I mean- one doesn't simply get called 'fallen' without pissing off someone or a group and not suffer the consequences. Just what in the hell- did they do... to earn 'fallen' Oh my god! That means Lucifer and satan, and all those other biblical pieces of mythological shit idiots existed too! What the fuck!
