A couple of days after the whole thing with Sabine Hayley was on her phone, sending gifs back and forth with Davina while Agnes was stalking her head off, trying to convince her of some Bayou baby doctor, that there was no way in hell Hayley was going to. While at a table near by Rebekah typed away on a laptop, trying to figure out how to find Davina.
"I told you Agnes, I feel great!" She said, trying to get her to go away. Even though she already had a doctor appointment with a doctor. A real doctor.
"You are overdue for a checkup." Agnes insisted.
"I'm fine." Hayley said again.
"A lot of women would kill to have a child. It strikes me as odd that you're not taking better care of yours." Rebekah snapped at her, jealous.
"How about you shut the hell up considering you've never been pregnant. Or ever even had a child, even though if you wanted one there are plenty of ways of making it happen. Adoption, surrogate, magic. Multiple ways." Hayley snapped at the vampire. "Or you could just go back to Mystic Falls. Isn't there some sort of vampire cure in Katherine or something?"
"I know a doctor out in the Bayou, off the beaten path. Now, I took the liberty of making an appointment for you. Tonight, after-hours, just us. Vampires will never get word of it." Agnes said and Hayley turned to her.
"I'm sorry you wasted your time, but I'm not going." Hayley told her, "Thanks for stopping by. Don't let the door hit you on the way out." She said as Agnes, clearly mad, leaves. A minute later Klaus pops up in the room, and laughs at her when he sees Rebekah on her computer.
"Please, sister, tell me you're not still at it with the internet search. How does one begin, anyway? Just type in "anonymous attic"?" He asked her and she rolls her eyes.
"Someone has to find Elijah, even if I have to search every bloody attic in New Orleans." Rebekah told him and he sighed.
"Like looking for a needle in a rather large pile of needles." Klaus said, still amused.
"I remember details about the attic Marcel took me to. There were shutters on the windows behind Elijah's coffin."
"Well, that should narrow it down immensely. Myself, I prefer actual strategy as opposed to mind-numbing labor. Marcel's delay in returning our brother makes me suspect he's no longer in charge of the situation. If Davina's loyalty to Marcel is strained, perhaps the young witch will be open to discussing a new alliance." Klaus said, as Rebekah looked at him bitterly.
"As usual, your power grabs are more important than rescuing your brother."
"I prefer to think of it as killing two birds with one stone. Rob Marcel of his secret weapon, bring our brother home."
"Well, other than that, Klaus are you doing anything for the next few hours?" Hayley asked, looking up at him.
"I suppose not until tonight." He told her, confused.
"Good. I have a doctor's appointment in an hour in the city, 30 minutes in the opposite way of the Quarter. Will you go with me?" She asked him with a smile.
"Why didn't you tell Angus this? Or why not cancel the one you made and go with her to hers?" Rebekah asked her, annoyed.
"Because I don't trust the witches here. So I'm definitely not going to let one of them take me to some mystery place in the middle of nowhere, alone." Hayley told her, as if the blonde was stupid. Which she very much seemed to be at the moment. "So, Klaus, what do you say? We should only be gone for three hours." She told him and he sighed, looking at his watch.
