She'd been on the road for what felt like years, she'd been made to sit in the front of Klaus' car so she could lead the way with the map. She didn't know why he was so insistent on not using the GPS, she believed it was purposely to piss her off

Stefan had been quiet, coping with his anger and his sadness by pretending it wasn't there. Luna had gotten dozens of calls from Damon so they knew he had gotten the blood and that he was okay. Stefan had turned his phone off the day they left. Not being able to stand the contestants calls and messages from various members of the scooby gang

The only one that really noticed Luna was gone was Damon, she hadn't been around the others long enough to make bonds with them, which she thought made this whole thing easier for her. Stefan was leaving behind his home, his girlfriend, his brother and all his friends. So she did all she could to take most of Klaus' orders upon herself. Although this was quite difficult seeing as she refused to kill for him. That soon became another one of Stefan outlets of anger

A trail of headless body's rebuilt like dolls in a playhouse, fit back together like puzzle pieces as if it could erase the damage he had done. As if it would wipe the blood clean from his skin. Luna was tasked with constantly tracking people down, although she was struggling with one werewolf, Ray Sutton. He was always on the move, and klaus being the impatient hybrid that he was decided they'd take a more violent approach

They had parked a little down the road and walked up to a white picket fence house, Luna thought it looked rather sweet, for now. Klaus told Stefan to stay out of sight but nearby, after two months they were aware of the routine they were to follow. Klaus took Luna's hand in his and when she tried to pull away he only gripped her further "now be a good witch and play along" he spoke as they neared a woman standing outside the house

"Rudy!... Rudy. Come on! It's too hot to make me come looking for you." She yelled into the night, clearly looking for a dog that probably wouldn't come back, not if it caught scent of klaus nearby. Her hand felt odd in his, his completely covered hers and it made her feel uneasy, but she didn't have time to dwell as the woman stood up from picking up a toy to jump at the sight of them

"I'm so sorry. We didn't mean to scare you" Klaus spoke in some fake American accent that didn't suit him all that well, the woman immediately looked hostile "Can I help you?" She crossed her arms looking at the lair through sharp eyes "I'm really sorry but, I'm supposed to be taking him to meet my parents and our car broke down just a little while that way, we're already late and this is the first house we come to so I was just hoping I could use your phone?" Klaus had to admit her American accent sounded a lot better than his, he smirked down at her as he squeezed her hand taunting her knowing she hated doing this

"Don't you have a cell phone?" The woman retorted "Huh, yeah..." klaus pulled out his phone "Battery died." Luna rolled her eyes "he never charges it it's his own fault, look I promise we won't take much of your time but my mom will kill me if we don't turn up, she made casserole" he had become reliant on her, people never seemed to trust him all that much but they seemed to hand onto every word she said. Wether she liked it or not, she was good at getting people to do what she wanted

"Sure." The woman turned around slowly walking back up to the house "Soo, I can come in?" Klaus voice turned more disposable than usual "No, I'll get the phone and I'll bring it out to you" Luna felt her hand be released before she heard him sigh deeply "I thought you country folks were supposed to be more trusting." His normal accent slipped back out again "I'm from Florida" before the woman could rush inside klaus grabbed her making her look at him as he compelled her "well, that's too bad. Now show me a little southern hospitality. Sweet pea." The woman looked dazed but nonetheless lead klaus up to the house "see you in the car love" he. Asked back to Luna who turned around and started walking further and further away from the house

By the time she'd reached the car, she heard a scream, stopping her in her tracks, once again Stefan had killed, sending him further and further from his humanity she was trying so hard to keep at the surface. She jumped into the front seat slamming the door to try and block out the sounds

But her momentary peace was rudely interrupted as klaus climbed into the car "your getting good at this" he praised as he shut the door, she only rolled her eyes "what's, finding and leading people to their death, how exciting klaus" her words dripping with disdain "you know you should really be more grateful, I've let this whole no killing thing slide out of the kindness of my own heart and never demanded answers" she turned to face hun with a wicked glare "you can't demand answers  you can't compel me, and I would die before I kill for you. So you are the lucky one because I haven't tried to kill you again, and here I am still doing your dirty work" she hissed back at him but he loved it

He would usually kill for less than her words and attitude towards him,but there was something about watching her get riled up, watching the flare in her eyes that excited him, he actually enjoyed making her mad just to see her yell at him. It was oddly refreshing to have someone that didn't seem scared of him

"I believe Stefan is doing the dirty work, but don't worry, we know where Ray is now, we'll be on our way, I'll find his pack and I'll have my hybrids" he seemed rather happy with himself in that moment "then will you be happy? Then will you let us go?" She questioned, but as he looked over at her with a sly smirk she knew the answer "your done when I have no use for you, your actions and how valuable you are to me determine if you leave alive or not" she rolled her eyes at his threats. After hearing them so often they lost meaning to her

"Try and kill me, I'll fry your brain" she crossed her arms slumping back in her seat wishing Stefan would get back already "oh little witch, I've fought of much worse than you" she hated that stupid smile on his face and wanted nothing more than to wipe it off. But as he'd stated o many times already, if one of them fight against him he kills the other. And she wouldn't risk Stefans life

"I hate you"
"I know you do"
