The morning sun filtered through the grand windows of Ferdinand's study, casting a warm glow over the ornate furnishings. Ferdinand, now the Prince of Ilocos Norte, was seated at his large mahogany desk, sipping from a goblet filled with his favorite blood wine. The taste was rich, satisfying the ever-present thirst that came with his Dracula nature. He watched over his domain through the window, pleased with the progress of the reconstruction efforts. The once war-torn land was slowly but surely being rebuilt, thanks to his leadership and the tireless work of his people.

Creon, his most trusted butler, entered the room quietly, holding a silver tray with a sealed letter.

"Mahal na prinsipe, may liham mula sa Duke ng Tacloban," he announced, his voice low and respectful.

Ferdinand raised an eyebrow, taking the letter from the tray. The Duke of Tacloban was a prominent figure in the Visayas region, and an invitation from him was not to be taken lightly. Breaking the seal, he read the letter carefully, his eyes narrowing as he absorbed its contents.

"Interesting," Ferdinand murmured, a wicked smile playing on his lips. "The Duke invites me to his estate. It seems he requires my presence for some important matter."

"Susundan ko ang iyong mga utos, mahal na prinsipe," Creon replied. "Ano ang nais mong gawin?"

Ferdinand leaned back in his chair, contemplating his next move. "I want you to book me a ship, Creon. I will leave for Tacloban in the coming days. But first, I must attend to my duties here."

"As you wish," Creon said, bowing slightly before exiting the room to carry out his orders.

Ferdinand returned his gaze to the window, taking another sip of his blood wine. The taste of it invigorated him, and his thoughts drifted to the evening ahead. The thirst was always there, lurking beneath the surface, a constant reminder of his true nature. A hunt tonight would be just the thing to satisfy his cravings.

As the day progressed, Ferdinand immersed himself in his princely duties. He oversaw the reconstruction efforts, met with local leaders, and ensured that the needs of his people were being met. His leadership was marked by both fear and respect, a combination that ensured loyalty and obedience.

When evening fell, the air grew cooler, and the shadows lengthened. Ferdinand donned his cloak, his eyes gleaming with anticipation. The hunt awaited him, and he relished the thrill of the chase. Stepping out into the night, he moved with the grace and stealth of a predator, his senses sharp and attuned to the sounds and scents around him.

The moon cast a silvery light over the land, illuminating his path as he made his way through the quiet streets of his domain. He could hear the heartbeat of every living creature, the rush of blood through their veins. It was intoxicating, and he felt his fangs lengthen in response.

In a dark alley, he found his prey: a lone figure, unaware of the danger lurking in the shadows. With a swift and silent movement, Ferdinand pounced, his fangs sinking into the tender flesh. The warm, rich blood filled his mouth, quenching his insatiable thirst. His prey struggled briefly before succumbing to the inevitable, and Ferdinand reveled in the sensation of life flowing into him.

Satisfied, he released the lifeless body, wiping the blood from his lips. He felt invigorated, his senses heightened and his strength renewed. The hunt had been successful, and now he could focus on the journey ahead.

Returning to his manor, he found Creon waiting for him in the study. "Ang iyong barko ay handa na, mahal na prinsipe. Aalis tayo sa loob ng dalawang araw."
