Ferdinand's Poin of view

"Bye-bye po!" Timtim called out, waving as he ran towards his waiting parents.

I watched him go, feeling a deep sense of fulfillment. Saving Timtim and seeing his joy reminded me of the humanity I still possessed despite the centuries of darkness. I turned to head back to the mansion, a contented smile playing on my lips. As I walked, Ezy appeared beside me, his expression a mix of admiration and curiosity.

"Master, ang tapang nyo kanina," Ezy said, his voice tinged with awe. "Parang hindi kayo natakot kahit na marami sila."

I shrugged, trying to downplay the encounter. "Ginawa ko lang ang dapat gawin, Ezy. Hindi ko hahayaang saktan nila si Timtim."

"Pero Master," Ezy continued, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "Iba talaga kayo. Para kayong bayani."

I chuckled, shaking my head. "Hindi naman ganoon, Ezy. Gusto ko lang protektahan ang mga mahalaga sa akin."

As we walked back to the mansion, the warmth of the sunlight began to fade, replaced by the cool embrace of the evening. The familiar shadows of the mansion welcomed us, and I felt a sense of peace wash over me. Despite the darkness that often surrounded my existence, moments like these reminded me of the light that still remained.

The following evening, the mansion was bustling with activity. Ezy, Creon, and Azreal were all busy with their respective tasks, preparing for the night ahead. I watched them with a sense of pride and camaraderie. Despite our differences, we had formed a bond that transcended the usual master-servant relationship.

"Master, handa na po ang lahat," Creon said, approaching me with a respectful bow. "Ano po ang plano natin ngayong gabi?"

"Babalik tayo sa bayan," I replied, my gaze thoughtful. "Gusto kong siguraduhin na ligtas ang mga tao doon."

Ezy and Azreal exchanged glances, their expressions a mix of curiosity and concern. "Master, sigurado po ba kayo?" Azreal asked, his voice hesitant. "Baka mapahamak kayo."

I smiled reassuringly. "Hindi kayo dapat mag-alala. Alam kong kaya natin ito. Basta magkasama tayo, walang imposible."

With that, we set off towards the town. The night air was cool and crisp, and the moon hung high in the sky, casting an ethereal glow over the landscape. As we approached the town, the familiar sights and sounds greeted us, a testament to the resilience of the human spirit.

As we walked through the streets, I noticed the townspeople going about their nightly routines. They greeted us with smiles and nods of recognition, their trust and respect evident in their eyes. It was a stark contrast to the fear and suspicion I had once inspired, and it filled me with a sense of accomplishment.

"Master, tignan nyo," Ezy said, pointing towards a small group gathered in the town square. "Mukhang may pagtitipon sila."

We made our way towards the gathering, curiosity piqued. As we drew closer, I recognized the faces of the townspeople, including Timtim and his family. They were standing around a makeshift stage, where a group of musicians was preparing to perform.

"Count Ferdinand!" Timtim called out, his face lighting up with joy as he spotted me. He ran towards us, his small feet barely touching the ground in his excitement. "Salamat po sa pagdating!"

I smiled, bending down to ruffle his hair. "Walang anuman, Timtim. Ano'ng meron dito?"

"May sayawan po!" Timtim exclaimed, his eyes sparkling with excitement. "Sumali po kayo!"
