I arrived at 7:30 in the morning in their house. How did I know she lived here? Kinailangan kong i-chat siya sa Instagram dahil wala pala siyang account sa Facebook. Medyo sosyal ang President niyo.

She didn't respond to me right away that's why I was so nervous the whole time I was waiting for her reply. Mabuti nga at makalipas ng tatlong oras, nag-chat na siya sa akin pabalik, and mind you, I didn't sleep just so I can read her reply.

Our conversation wasn't that long, not that I wished it could've been longer than five sentences for us both. She just instructed me and that's it. Wala siyang sinabi sa akin na magdala ng gagamitin namin para sa project, but I did bring some materials para sure ako. Baka kasi pagalitan niya ako.

When I rung their doorbell, she instantly went out. May dala pa siyang tasa at sa tingin ko ay umiinom ito ngayon ng kape.

"You're here." She greeted. I mean, I wish it's truly a greeting but I guess that's how she is...at least to me?

"Get inside." Agad naman akong sumunod sa kanya after niya akong pagbuksan ng gate. Their house is pretty big for a small family. Oo, chismosa ako. Inalam ko talaga kung ilan silang magkakapatid at na-shock ako ng malamang only child lang pala siya. Her parents are both working overseas since their business was situated there, and that left her alone in this big house.

The first thing that caught my attention the moment I entered her house was the family portrait near the staircase. Lumingon ako sa kanya saglit at palihim kong tiningnan ang litrato. I could tell that the woman in the left side is her mom, the man on the right side is her dad, and it's her in between.

Right, I guess she's been that way since being a child. Ni hindi man lang makikitaan ng emosyon ang mukha niya while her parents are smiling a little.

"Be comfortable around the house, it's just the two of us anyway." Pagkausap niya sa akin kaya hinay-hinay akong tumango.

Luminga-linga ulit ako sa paligid at alam kong siya lang mag-isa sa bahay nila, but they have a lot of stuffs inside their house.

"Do you have something that you want to try?" Tanong niya sa akin at hindi ko man lang napansin ang paglapit niya sa akin. I moved away a little because she's scaring me by the way she's staring at me right now.

"You had breakfast, right?" Tanong niya sa akin. Tumango ako kahit hindi naman. She turned her back at me and walked towards their kitchen.

"Well, I didn't. After I eat, magsisimula na tayo." She announced and I just nodded.

Kinuha ko na lang ang cellphone ko sa bag at nagbasa muna ng mga announcements sa GC namin. I checked if she has an account but there's none, although Cassidy is part of the group chat. Baka ito lang ang nagpapaalam sa kanila ni Olivia. Puro low-key pala ang mga kaibigan niya. Olivia also isn't part of the group chat, that leaves Cassidy being the only source of information.

When I smelled what she's cooking, agad akong nagutom. Hindi kasi nag-umagahan dahil nahuli ako ng gising. She told me to be early kaya hindi na ako nag-abalang kumain although my Mom kept on telling me to eat first. Kakain talaga ako kahit late na late na ako if it's my friends that are requesting for my presence, but not Nouvelle. She scares the hell out of me. Kung gaano naman ako kamaldita normally, she humbles me right away. She's not mean, she's just scary.
