After my little incident with Wren, I got benched. I honestly expected it because I broke two rules, them being no alcohol and no bad press and I did both. Wren ended up with a busted lip and a big ass knot in her head, you know nothing tooooo serious.
Today I was going to chill around my dorm as we didn't have practice today. Of course I was trying to avoid Kate but it wasn't really hard because she had not been there. I decided to get off of my butt and clean around our dorm. I sweeped the kitchen, vacuumed my room, and washed the dishes. Should I go into Kate's room?? Nah...yea.

I opened the door and my heart fell to my ass. Kate was sitting on her bed watching TikTok when she looked up at me with a curious gaze. I could've sworn she was gone y'all. "Hey" I said awkwardly. "Hey, come in" Kate replies
I walked further in the room and gazed in the different photos and trophies she had scattered around. My eyes were glued on to a photo of Kate and I taken right before she left. I shook my head and sat down in the full sized bed, bringing my knees up to my chin.
"I'm sorry Kate, about last night." I say, sincerely. "It's ok, she really is a jerk" Kate replies
I chuckle at her word uses and start to gaze upon the features of her face, her perfect teeth as she smiles. Her beautiful eyes, her natural blush, and the way her golden blonde hair falls on her shoulders just pulls everything together.
"Whatcha lookin' at?" Kate questions. "Oh nothing, you're just really pretty." I reply.
Her cheeks start to turn a hue of red as she flashes her beautiful smile. "Thanks, but have you looked in the mirror?" Kate says, chuckling. "Yep, and every time I do I see the sexiest girl in the world." I reply, grinning. "You're right about that."
As Kate and I continue to catch up, our conversation moves to the living room. "What movie do you wanna watch?" Kate asks. "I don't know mayb-" I got cut off as Kate's phone started to ring. "Sorry I have to go, I forgot Wren is expecting me." Kate says as she gets off of the couch and bends down to hug me. "I'll see you later, maybe we can go get pizza" Kate says, halfway to the door. "Sure, sounds good." I say quietly. "Bye!" was the last thing I heard as she closed the door.
