Anirudh and Bondita had just returned from the party.
They were both physically and mentally exhausted, but as they entered their room, a different kind of energy seemed to envelop them.
He looked at her with desire in his eyes, and she blushed, knowing exactly what he had in mind.
As she made her way towards the bathroom to change, he couldn't resist himself.
He reached out and pulled her close, his hands wrapping around her waist possessively.
She looked down shyly, her cheeks flushing with color as he kissed her delicate collarbone.
The sensation of his lips against her skin sent shivers down her spine, and her soft moans only fueled his desire further.
Feeling her body responding to his touch, he knew he had to have her.
He gently freed himself from her grasp and lifted her effortlessly in his arms, carrying her towards the bed.
She held onto his shirt, her heart racing in anticipation.
As he laid her down on the soft sheets, he hovered above her, his eyes filled with adoration and longing.
Bondita's breaths came in quick gasps as she felt his presence so close to her.
Her toes curled in anticipation as he showered her with kisses first on her forehead, then on her eyelids and cheeks. When he leaned in for a kiss on her lips, she turned her face away, a blush spreading across her cheeks.
Anirudh couldn't help but smile at her modesty, but he sensed there was something more beneath the surface.
Feeling a hint of hesitation from her he shifted his focus to her neck instead.
He placed soft, wet kisses along her skin, causing goosebumps to rise in their wake.
She clutched onto a pillow, her body responding to his touch in ways she never imagined.
But as he continued to shower her with affection, Anirudh noticed her lack of response.
Confused by Bondita's sudden change in demeanor, Anirudh stopped his ministrations and looked at her with concern. He could see the turmoil in her eyes, the unspoken emotions that she was trying to hide.
He pulled himself from her.
She ran inside the bathroom.
He sat on the edge of the bed, his heart heavy with guilt and regret.
He had seen the fear in her eyes, felt the tension in her body as he tried to get intimate with her.
He realized now that he had made a grave mistake, one that he would never be able to forgive himself for.
He closed his eyes, trying to push away the memory of her hurried footsteps as she ran to the bathroom, trying to escape from his unwanted advances.
How could he have been so blind, so selfish as to not realize that she was not ready for this kind of intimacy? He felt sick to his stomach, his hands shaking with remorse.
As Bondita emerged from the bathroom, her demeanor changed. She was no longer the vibrant, spirited he had fallen in love with.
She was quiet, closed off, her eyes avoiding his as she changed,
He tried to speak to her, to apologize for his actions, but she simply lay down on the bed and pulled the duvet over her head, shutting him out.
He sighed, knowing that he had hurt her in a way that could never be undone.
He turned off the light and lay down beside her, careful not to touch her, not wanting to make her feel uncomfortable again.
He knew he had to talk to her in the morning, to apologize and make amends for his thoughtless actions.
