Chapter 13

The lunch time was the only peaceful time in the whole day for Jungkook as he didn't had to be Taheyung's hyung during that duration but today that was ruined as Kai came to him and asked him to accompany him to the old library.

Jungkook frowned and thought why kai would ask him to accompany him. At first he didn't want to go but curiosity got the best of him so he went to the old library with kai. It was an abandoned part of the school where no one goes. Jungkook was getting a bad feeling while going there but he shrugged it off.

As they reached the old library jungkook said "why did you call me here?".
"To teach you a lesson" said kai and before jungkook could react, he grabbed jungkook's left hand and twisted it full force. Jungkook groaned in pain and yelled "ahhh what the fuck? What is your problem kai?"

Kai twisted jungkook's hand with more force and said "YOU... you are my problem... if you hadn't come in between me and tae that day, we would have been dating by now

Jungkook scoffed hearing this and pushed kai away from him. He was doing mafia training so it was very easy for him to get himself away from kai's grip "In your dreams....do you think my tae hyung would choose to date you...hell no" he smirked while saying this.

Kai got angry and punched jungkook. Jungkook was about to punch him back but suddenly he remembered namjoon's warning "If I hear about you fighting again, believe me, Jungkook, no one will be worse than me"

Jungkook took his hand back which he extended to punch kai. He didn't want to get in another trouble at home so he decided not to get in a fight with kai. Kai took the opportunity and punched jungkook in his stomach. Jungkook groaned in pain. Held his stomach and fell down on the ground. Kai laughed at jungkook's and said "you fell down in a single punch....how pathetic" he mocked jungkook and started kicking him. Jungkook just laid there waiting for it to get over.

Jungkook wanted to beat kai to hell. He is not scared of kai but his hyungs. They have warned him to not get in any fight no matter what. Jungkook knows that if he fought back and his hyungs got to know it then he will be dead for real. They will not give him any chance to explain anything and will punish him and hit him badly. So he thought it was better for him to get hit by kai instead of fighting back and again getting hit by his brothers at home which would be worse than this.

After sometime when kai got satisfied hitting jungkook, he left from there While Jungkook just laid there on the ground. Jungkook did not feel much pain from Kai's hits because his mafia training and punishments are worse than this but he was tired. Tired from all the shit which is happening in his life.

After sometime He got up, made himself presentable and went to his class. He gulped nervously seeing hobi teaching in the class "may...may I come in s-ir?"

Hobi stopped writing at the board and turned to him. "Why are you late huh?...where were you?" Said hobi while glaring at jungkook.

Jungkook got more scared seeing hobi angry "I..I was in the washroom sir" he said trying his best to sound confident. From his side eye he could see kai smirking at him.

Hobi pointed at his watch and said "what business you were doing in the washroom that it took you 20 minutes". Jungkook looked down in embarrassment and didn't say anything.

"Stand outside the class with your hands raised. Late comers are not allowed in my class" said hobi in a stern voice.

Jungkook was about to say something but got cut off "but sir-"

"OUT I SAID" jungkook sighed and got out of the class and raised his hand. His left hand was hurting as hell because kai twisted it without any mercy.

It's been 10 minutes since jungkook was standing in the punishment. The pain in his left hand was killing him. He thought to put his hands down for a second but seems like his luck was not on his side today

"Jungkook? What are you doing here?" Said someone while coming towards jungkook

Jungkook looked up and saw namjoon coming towards him. Jungkook got scared and didn't say anything. Since the day namjoon punished him, jungkook is scared of namjoon. Jungkook tries his best to not engage in any conversation with namjoon because he can't speak without stuttering in front of him.

"I am asking something jungkook...are you perhaps in a punishment?" Said namjoon. Jungkook just nodded his head. "Why?" Asked namjoon. "I cam-e la-te in cl-ass that's wh-y hoseok s-ir tol-d me to sta-nd with ha-nds raised" said jungkook trying best to not stutter.

"But your hands are down... you are not doing your punishment properly" said Namjoon in a cold. "And why were you late for class huh! When will you behave properly jungkook...there is not a single day when I don't get any complaints about you... since you are not doing this punishment properly, 40 rounds of the ground now"

Jungkook widened his eyes. He wanted to negotiate but he couldn't gather the courage to argue with namjoon so he had to take 40 rounds of the ground.

It was evening and everyone was at home. Jungkook was in the kitchen drinking water and he could hear everyone talking in the living room.

"Hyunggggg let me go please" said tae while showing his cute puppy eyes to his hyungs which could melt anyone's heart but this time it seems like it can't melt their hearts.

"No you can't go... you are grounded did you forget" said yoongi sternly.

"But hyung I never ask for hanging out with my friends...let me go for this time" said tae

Tae's friends were going for a movie tomorrow. He also wants to go but he was not getting allowed because of his punishment.

"You can go when your punishment is over... end of the discussion" said jin

Tae pouted and said "but hyungggg...I never get to enjoy my life because of my health... Please let me go" he jumped on jin's lap who was sitting on the couch and said "please please please let me go please.. you can't see me said right?...so let me go...Just for tomorrow please-

"Uhhhh fine you can go" said jin. He really can't say no to taehyung. Tae smiled widely and said "really?...I can go?"

"Yes you can go but only tomorrow" said namjoon.

Tae got down from jin's lap and jumped in happiness. He ran to his room while saying "I am going to select my outfit for tomorrow"

Everyone chuckled at him and jimin said "he is so cute"

Jungkook chuckled bitterly while still in the kitchen and said "is this what we call getting grounded?... hanging out with friends... going for a movie....I don't get permission for hanging out with my friends and here he is getting permission even when he is grounded"
he sighed and continued "why did I even expect them to punish tae hyung in the first place"
