There, standing infront of me was Janhae. She had a shocked expression, wide eyes and mouth agape. Fuck, she saw it didn't she? Ahh shit, how the hell am I supposed to explain this?
"Fourth.. I-" she whispers, still shocked
"Ah.. let's go somewhere more private"
I grabbed her hands and brought her into an empty classroom near the bathroom. I opened the lights to see that she was still really shocked about it. She literally saw wings on a human. How can she not be?
"The feather P'Phuwin talked about earlier.. That wasn't really some random feather, right?.." she asks, finally back to consciousness
I nod my head slightly.
"I have so many.. questions.." she says and sits down to comprehend what just happened
"Ask away.."
"First of all, why the fuck do you have wings?" she says with furrowed eyebrows
"I-I'm.. I'm a.." I stutter, struggling to find the right words to use. I don't think she won't believe me if I say this but, there is no other words to explain "a cupid and.. I came here for two people"
"Let me get this straight. You're a cupid and came here to match people?" she asks with uncertainty
I nod my head slowly.
"Yeah, that makes total sense, totally. But.. I.. I believe you" she whispers
Oh, that was.. easy.. I guess..
"I just saw you flap your wings for Pete's sake, how can I not believe you" she scoffs
"This is.. embarrassing"
"Who's your target?" she asks
"P'Pond and P'Phuwin.."
"Now it makes sense.. huh, this feels extremely weird.. uh.. how about this? I'll help you do your mission" she says and grasps my shoulder
"No way! This is my mission, I don't want to be a burden to you"
"Ai' Fourth, do you really think you can do this alone? You can't even talk to P'Pond properly" she snorts
"Fine.. Just.. Please don't tell anyone.."
She sighs and let's go of my shoulder.
"Mm, I won't. Come on now, class is about to start. Don't do something stupid next time" she says and leaves the room
Shia Fourth! What the hell did you do?? This wasn't suppose to happen.. arghh, how am I going to tell this to P'Gemini??
I sigh deeply and leaves the room to follow Janhae back to the classroom.
~Time Skip: Schools Garden~
"So, when exactly are you going to y'know, shoot them?" she asks as she sits on the bench next to me and hands me a bottle of water
I accepted the water and started speaking.
"When I feel like they're close enough to matchmake"
"Goodluck with that. They're like chickens fighting, no way they'll ever be close" she snorts and takes a bite out of her sandwich
"P'Phuwin told me their history before and.. maybe I can make a plan out of it"
