All of that happened ten years ago. In those years, Beomgyu and Yeonjun debuted in a group under MOA Entertainment just a year after graduating. Their relationship was confirmed by the company, and most of their fans were supportive. After their careers as idols ended, Beomgyu opened up the cat café of his dreams just as he always wanted to.

"Hyung, how about cookies that are made specially for cats which the customers can buy to feed their pet cats at home?" Beomgyu peeped over Yeonjun's shoulder from behind as his husband worked on a drink.

"Mhm, love. Go and take out the bread out of the oven first." Yeonjun nodded towards the food before going back to his work.

Beomgyu pecked his cheek before walking away. "Yujin-ah, could you go and clean up that table over there?" He asked the young boy.

"On it!"

Their business is doing well. Yeonjun often helps his husband out after his work is done. He's now the CEO of his mom's perfume company with several other branches in other countries. Oh, and Yeonjun proposed to Beomgyu right after they opened up the café.

"This reminds me of our first date!" Beomgyu stated as they went up the grassy hill where they once kissed under the moonlight during their teenage years. "The stars are always so beautiful from up here."

"But you still manage to outshine them every single time." Yeonjun replied, leading the younger by his hand.

"Wow, hyung. You always have the most cheesy reply for everything." When Beomgyu turned to face the older, his eyes glossed up at the sight of his hyung kneeling down on one knee in front of him. He reached for his pocket and pulled out a small box. Opening it, revealing the ring inside, he spoke up words that made Beomgyu sob happy tears.

"Beomgyu, the love of my life, will you marry me?"

And that's how they got married. Two years after their marriage, they adopted a six year old little girl named Saebyeol.

"Papa!"

Beomgyu turned around in his chair to see his daughter running up to him. He immediately grinned ear to ear. "Daddy told me to come and call you for dinner!" Saebyeol said in her high-pitched voice.

Beomgyu nodded, slowly stroking his fingers through her long locks. "Thanks for telling Papa, hm?"

Saebyeol's eyes shifted from her Papa to the book on the desk. She pointed at it. "Is that your new novel, Papa?" She asked.

"It is, honey." Beomgyu brought Saebyeol closer to the table. "Byeol's in it, see?" He pointed at her name in the paragraph.

"Woah! I'm gonna be famous, Papa!"

Beomgyu chuckled at his daughter. He got off the chair and held his daughter's hand. "Let's go down and eat dinner together with Daddy, hm?"

"Okay!"

The two sat down at the dinner table as Yeonjun brought out dishes. "Tada!" He exclaimed as he showed them the fried rice with a star-shaped omelet on top.

"Wow!" Saebyeol beamed. "It's a star!"

Beomgyu watched as his daughter and husband laughed and talked. His heart finally felt like it found itself in the right place. A place which he can call home. His wish came true after all.

Six year old little Beomgyu sat on one of the swings in the playground, swinging slowly as he watched people walk by. He then felt a presence beside him. He looked beside him to see a boy his age on the swing. The boy smiled at him. Beomgyu took some time to process before awkwardly smiling back at him.

"I'm Yeonjun." The boy introduced.

Feeling shy, Beomgyu shifted his gaze down to his feet. "I'm Beomgyu."

"Wanna be my friend?"

Beomgyu looked at him, his eyes wide and doe. "Friend? I've...never had a friend before."

"Then I'll be your first ever friend!" Yeonjun spoke up. "It'll be fun, I promise!"

Beomgyu nodded. "We're friends!"

Yeonjun got off the swing before holding out his hand to help Beomgyu get off his swing. Beomgyu quickly got his intentions and placed his hand onto Yeonjun's, hopping off the swing.

"What we do?" Beomgyu asked.

"What do you like doing?"

"Draw!"

"Okay then!" Yeonjun nodded. "I'll go get my book and pencils!" He said before running back to his home, dashing into his room. He searched in his drawer for a book and pencils, immediately taking them as soon as he caught sight of them. He ran down the stairs, almost stumbling. He stopped his track, going over to the kitchen, greeting his mother before taking out two juice boxes. He then ran back to the playground again, finding Beomgyu on a bench.

"I'm back." Yeonjun ran up to him. "Did I take too long?"

Beomgyu shook his head, his eyes squinted because of the sunlight blinding him. "You didn't."

"Great. Let's draw!" Yeonjun sat beside Beomgyu, placing down the open book in the space between the two. He handed Beomgyu a pencil and started drawing on the left page.

"What are you drawing?" Beomgyu asked.

"You, Beomgyu." Yeonjun answered, not looking up.

Beomgyu smiled. "Then I'll draw you." He said before drawing on the right page. After about 10 minutes, both boys were done with their art.

"Let's show it together on the count of three!" Yeonjun said. "1...2...3!" They removed their hands away from the page, revealing what they had drawn.

"You draw very well!" Yeonjun complimented, earning a small thank you from Beomgyu.

Beomgyu pointed at the writing beside the drawing on Yeonjun's page. "What's that?"

"It's a nickname for you by me! Beomie!"

"Ooh." Beomgyu nodded. "I'll give you a nickname, too!" Beomgyu thought for a moment, tapping his chin with his index finger. "How old are you?"

"Seven!"

"Okay then. Jjunie hyung!"

Yeonjun's plump lips curled up into a warm smile. "Let's play together here every day!"

"Okay!"

"Jjunie hyung!" Nine year old little Beomgyu rushed over to his hyung with a grin on his face.

"Beomie! Look what I've got!" Yeonjun pulled out seeds.

"What are these?" Beomgyu asked as he picked up a seed.

"These are flower seeds." Yeonjun stated. "My mommy said if we plant them and make a wish, the wish will come true!"

"Woahh, is that true?"

"I hope so because we'll be planting them together!"

Beomgyu hopped around in joy. "Yay! Let's plant!"

The two crouched down on the grass as Yeonjun digged up a hole with his mini shovel. He then planted in a seed, covering it up with the dirt. "Make a wish, Beomie!" The two closed their eyes shut and made a wish.

Soon, they opened their eyes again. "What did you wish for, Jjunie?"

Yeonjun shook his head. "We mustn't tell anyone unless the wish comes true!"

"Aww, I really wanted to know..."

"You'll know when it comes true, Beomie!" Yeonjun said, shoving back the other seeds into his pocket again. "Let's save these for another day."

"Okay, Hyung!"

THE END.
