Jungkook opens the door to Jimin's room as quietly as possible.The lights are dimmed out and a pale glow envelopes the place.Everything is neatly arranged and a tiny paper is stuck on the wall that shows Jimin's schedule for tomorrow.He is free until later in the evening.The bed is large enough to fit two people.
Jungkook smiles at the small lump on the bed.Jimin looks angelic,his lips pouty and very chubby cheeks that Jungkook wants to bite.He tiptoes closer and sits by the bed.Watching Jimin sleep makes him calm and happy.He makes note of the moles under Jimin's lips,the rise and fall of his chest.He thinks of all the time Jimin hugged him and all the time his heart stopped and his brain went haywire.He thinks of all the times he wanted to kiss Jimin,or hold hands and kiss his knuckes.All the times he had red cheeks when they changed in the same room.
"Jungkook?"
Jungkook comes out of his daze and stares at the round eyes looking at him.
"Hyung"
"What are you doing here?"
Jungkook rejects saying he came here to watch Jimin sleep because that would sound creepy.
"I um..I think I left my glasses here"
"Do you wear glasses?"
Jimin's lips twitch a little upwards,his face soft and pretty.
"I don't....but um..."
Jungkook stalls and takes his face into his hands.
"C'mere"
Jimin calls, lifting up his comforter.He's wearing a loose white shirt and boxers.
"W what?"
"Let's sleep.Come on"
"I...yeah ok"
Jungkook slips into the bed.He turns sideways and realises that Jimin is already staring at him,eyes filled with twinkling stars and lips in a pout.As if expecting Jungkook to do something.
Jungkook slowly places his hand around Jimin's waist and leans to kiss his nose.For a moment he thinks it's a mistake but then he hears a giggle and a hand around his nape.Jungkook kisses Jimin's nose again.
"Yah.Not there"
"Oh"
Jungkook gulps and bites his lips.Jimin mirrors his actions.
Jungkook pecks Jimin's lips.It sends an electrifying current through his body.He take a deep breath and dives back.Jimin tastes like winter and summer and rain.
This time the kiss is deeper and Jungkook bites Jimin's lower lip and swallows all the sweet sweet gasps and giggles.They kiss again and again and again and at one point Jungkook realises his hand is inside Jimin's shirt,caressing his soft waist.Their tongues meet and Jungkook feels like he is on top the of the world but he isn't scared because he knows Jimin will catch him.
They both fall apart finally and Jimin clings to Jungkook's side, pecking his lips one last time.Jungkook laughs.He intertwines their fingers and kisses Jimin's knuckles.He receives a kiss on his forehead.
"You make me happy"
Jimin whispers.His lips are swollen and pink and his face looks flushed.
"You make me happy too"
Jungkook says and buries his face into Jimin's chest.
"We'll talk tomorrow"
Jimin kisses Jungkook's head and rests his chin on it.
"Yes"
Jungkook sighs.They have all the time in the world to talk about it.This is the just the beginning of their beautiful love story.That day(and every day after that) he falls asleep with the person he loves,hands linked and legs tangled.
He dreams of love and home and comfort and wakes up to kisses and sugary praises and sweet giggles.
